This helped so much. I had trouble understanding what to do. But after watching this video, I beat the boss immediately. What a difference not knowing what to do and knowing made.
In the original ending he sees that he never managed to achieve enlightenment and kills himself in front of the Black Bear who is very sad, shaken by the death of his friend, he makes a statue of him In the game he tries to revive Monk Jinchi when he kills himself but it goes wrong because his soul was being purified and not completely so he is born corrupted and with a big head.
He was also made into this monster because the gold jinchi was hiding in his bedroom fused with his body making him a golden golem. This is the 2nd time greed has been jinchi’s downfall
true, I spent 3h I think on Wandering Wight (my first game of this kind) and didn't watched any video how to beat it etc. (had to figure it out everything) and after Wandering Wight , Jinchi was piece of cake
He was way less agressive (Wandering wight would just spam long range attacks and AoE), but hit even harder. At the same time, you already knew his patterns from fighting WW
@johnharrison3392 exactly. WW's movements and moveset were crazy, especially that early on the game. Couldn't do anything but watch him do what I already knew he was about to do
This boss is a soul of a greedy man who possessing his treasure. In the game, he keep asking you where Gaza (same pronunciation as kasaya in chinese ) is.
awesome i'm using keyboard and mouse and i think this is my end, passed all bosses but this i get to the middle point where he elevates and then my fingers get numb and sadly don't know how to play this type of games with gamepad :/
for me elder jinchi and rat land no head is the best one in myth wukong im can feel chinese acient wukong and journey to west only essay chinese same like ramayana in hindu dont have solid proved this figure in real life
You can tell he raw dogged this flawless first try because he didn't know what was happening when the dude stayed in the air.
He also saw the first time cutscene
Actually he did, he didn’t even attempt to lock on or move away out of caution. He was already searching for the disciples

Killing this boss without killing the wandering wight will prevent you from getting all spirits in a single playthrough.

Man someone help. I passed this dude and never fought him and went on to beat the boss after him. I went back but can’t find Elder Jinchi.
just go to the shrine u can port to him, he is the secret boss, if u dont have him, u need to ring those 3 big bells in the zone
