He definitely has been arrested for filming government buildings and inciting violence as it was captured on Live stream. How they process him for that is currently unknown to me and as SL is a corrupt country I'm concerned that he won't get a fair hearing. Extradition is a possibility. Jail in SL is a possibility. Bribing his way out is a possibility. Being accused as a terrorist or spy and hanged is a possibility. He is well known in Freetown for charity work so any wrongdoings would likely be reported in Freetown's local rags. I hope he's OK even if everyone else doesn't.

Get yourself a scruffy little mongrel pup - not a staffy cross or anything fancy - just a scruffy mess - and train it kindly every day. It will enhance your ability to be patient and take away those bad thoughts when it's cuddled up to you. I got meself a rescue pup but it's the pup who has rescued me. My kids are grown up but my responsibility now is to a dog who will forever be like a three-year-old kid, but without the tantrums. The mental rewards are great and in 6 months time you will come home to a bundle of fur which is always pleased to see you and you will wake up every morning to the same thing. The responsibility and routine is enough to banish those devils whispering in your ears, mate. I've done the worst of every addictive substance and a scruffy little dog was my saviour.

I try to remind myself that it's ok to not be ok and try to not be too hard on myself. I've found that more often than not things and my mood changes, so it's just about sitting with it being true to myself and others and waiting for it too pass. Hatred is a horrible feeling to have!. If I allow hatred in it can affect me in numerous ways. It can affect my sleep, whether I eat and it can affect how I interact with others. So this is high up the list of things that I have to try and avoid. Anyway Billy, I don't wish harm on anybody. I do hope that Sam is ok, safe and well. Remember Billy, it's ok to not be ok!. Perhaps it maybe worth be mindful that we are on an ongoing process of improving our mental health. Sometimes in the past if I set myself unrealistic goals and didn't measure up I would start to have percussive thoughts ,my experience they very self punishing. Takes time to get back to feeling ok.
