At least he would have been able to get his consultation in London first (the company I used have a clinic on the Grays Inn Road, near Kings Cross). That way you wouldn’t have wasted your time leaving the UK. Dental tourism in Hungary was way ahead of Turkey. It’s been going on at least 20 years.
