A couple weeks ago, we theorized that the Crowning Duologue Solstice of Heroes Rocket Launcher might potentially be the new king of DPS. It is the first ever Rocket Launcher to roll with the perk Grave Robber, which just received a buff in the Final Shape so now it reloads your weapon on powered melee hits, allowing you to combo it with ranged melee attacks. So we throw this launcher on an Apotheosis Veil Strand Warlock build and some crazy things can happen...
