The size of the brush doesn't really matter. The main thing is that you feel comfortable drawing with it. In watercolor painting, the most important thing is paper. I recommend using cotton paper, cold pressed. Don't try to repeat exactly after me. Watercolor looks different in each hand. The main thing in the lessons is the general principle of watercolor and a lot of practice.
