I’m violently hitting my head, punishing myself listening to this bullshit. This song sucks the vocalist is cheesy. Look at his face man. Lol too much explosive chaotic shit going on or noise going on if you wanna hear some good chaotic noise listen to noise, music noise, rock or just grind core/ power violence. Harsh noise wall
The atmospheric sound that bands like Mental Cruelty, Lorna Shore, Shadow Of Intent, and even Signs Of The Swarm to a degree, are moving towards is the best thing to happen to the genre in so long. It’s such a huge step up and makes every song sound so fucking epic. Love this trend.

Finally a god tier deathcore band from Europe. After hearing this beautiful album, they joined my top 3 alongside Lorna Shore and Shadow of Intent.
They are my top 3 along with Worm Shepherd, Sin Deliverance and Shrine of Malice
Lorna Shore and Mental Cruelty did a great Job on their new stuff. I love this beautiful blackened deathcore Style realy much cause I listen to Black Metal and Deathcore all the time and the Mix of this genres is just magic!
This is what I love about METAL, an epic journey among lyrics while deep in the trenches, machine gunfire from the blast beats, and an epic imaginary brain theater of anyones epic moments to fit the mood.
That chord/choir progression is straight out of 2000,s Dimmu and I absolutely love it.

It's not just core bands, even old vocalists have been taking lessons
If you listen the progression from when Hardcore started to blend metal and extreme screaming to nowadays you’ll hear that vocalist over time have learned how to properly scream. That’s why is more and more uncommon that metal vocalists don’t hurt their throat. Unfortunately many had to hurt themselves to start realizing that it isn’t just “let me scream as loud and intensely as I can” and due to that many vocalist not only have found a way to scream properly but in the process many play around to make weird sounds and these are the ones you see fronting deathcore bands the most!

Honestly I think they become a more mainstream sound Lorna shore type, I still think their best is their first cuz it was more slamming more brutal

Slamming and being brutal all the time only goes so far. Adding melody and atmosphere is a great thing, and people surely respond to that.

I’ll definitely miss their style before this album but this full blackened approach works just as well. Said the same thing about Lorna Shore.

I'm around 30 years old. I've listened to some exceptional albums like the price of existence, this is exile, and justice for all, dechristianize, aenima, tomb of the mutilated, blackwater park, obzen, the blackening, from mars to sirius, exoplanet and a loooot more but this is probably the album I've most enjoyed.
