While I would agree their focus might be on the other people, I'm not sure if you can assume they do not _want_ to take the responsbility. Maybe their focus is so outardly that they do not register in the inward part.
Of course I'm Ji, because I say "I would agree":P
However, I think the general obsevtion is right.

Yea, I think the words, “not wanting to take responsibility,” denotes a concept that isn’t really what I am trying to convey. It’s more like a shared responsibility of, we’re all in this together. Of course that looks different and has a different focus depending on if it is Fe or Te.
