I remember going to watch England U21s vs France U21s back maybe 2008/2009ish. Obertan was by far the best player on the pitch. Head and shoulders above everyone else. The talent was definitely there. I made a point of following his career after that. I wasn't surprised when Man Utd signed him but his career just never took off as expected.
