In the end they thank the guy for waking them up. The elephant is from the Russian children's cartoon Liuntik.
What I have heard is that the big white van with the cartoon characters cut off the smaller van then the small van cut them off and they sped up and hit the back of his car and then he got angry (road rage) , got out of his car started banging on the windows of the big van and then the cartoon mafia bois came out
