He’s a boss i wil work for! 💪And like natural, gathering a good cool crew! 😎😎😎And people seeing the good work😊🤩… keep it up! Greetings from Nederland 🇳🇱
Had to come back for a second watch. As an old Construction Safety Engineer, you might want to see it grapple truck supplier has any Safety Training videos. Then have your crew can do a sign in sheet a log Safety training for the various pieces of equipment. They will get better, but other log cutter, no one should be under a grappled load. Someone will eventually call you out on it. No sense giving money away in fines. ❤❤
Two things you need, angle iron at least 3/16 along the top of the bed 19:43 because it's bowing out a lot. It's going to get destroyed really quickly. I recommend a scaffolding jack (used for sidewalk protection) for structural support so you can relocate your new tree jack to a safer position when necessary. They are relatively cheap. A steel V can be welded on the top on for tree use. Add clips for straps.
It has been pointed out several times that it was not too long ago that you didn’t want a tree company and was working out of your Jetta. Now you have a fleet of trucks, a crew, and a business. Great job Jake! And Randy! And Isaac! And Lucas!
Merry Christmas to you, your family and your crew. Thank you for bringing us along all these years Jake!! Love the journey and so happy for your hard earned success
You guys are amazing. Love watching your videos. It's awesome how you keep getting equipment that makes your business run more efficiently and makes things easier for you and your team
These guys are awesome. Shows what you can do with the right tools and skills. Makes me miss my days as a full-time carpenter building cool things with friends.
This video was really fun to watch as you all were getting use to all the new equipment. A great job in the finish. Congratulations Jake on all the new equipment you have gotten recently. You are really rocking it.
Wow, this was such an impressive save! The way you handled removing those two massive trees was nothing short of amazing. It’s inspiring to see such skill and professionalism at work, especially after a storm that could have caused so much more damage
A chunk of change, sure, but that is the most efficient sh*t I've ever seen! Packed in there like sardines! Prime example of top end industry technology serving workers, making work lighter, and more efficient and productive.
Love the videos! I also want to say that it is awesome how you show your appreciation and compliment your hard working employees in every video. That is very rare. Great job guys!
Ya'll did a great job taking care of that customer's house. I'm sure other guys would have been a lot rougher on that roof. Congrats on the growth and the crane! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas Jake. I am loving all of the new equipment. Please be careful picking up those picks with the new truck. Also, be careful grabbing those logs from up high while turned on the loader. Made my butt take a bite of my own seat 😅
It's better to be busy Jacob rather than worrying when your next job is, I know you will continue to flourish with your business and with the team you have it's going to be crazy. Stay safe as always.❤
Jake, You are making great investments, time and labor saving equipment is essential. Bomb Cyclone is, in combination with the wind, devastating. That home doesn't look too bad considering what landed on it. Happy holidays to you and your family and fellow arborists! Rik Spector
Yet another great watch!! Love to see people doing well. Watched your company growing every month. Hope you all have a great Christmas and a very prosperous New Year ❤
Merry Christmas to you and crew! I remember when you worked small jobs for other people, then you and Randy went EVERYWERE in the world, and now y’all are older, families, and you’re living the good life! I’m proud of you kids and commend you for following your dreams!❤❤❤
Enjoyed the video. A huge job for sure. A multi-day job without the grapple truck. Good purchase. You're spending like a drunken sailor. But, that's OK as long as the jobs keep coming. Thanks for sharing.
Bro! This video was definitely one of, if not my favorite video from you! All the equipment going and making the job easier and then the skill to predict the logs movements when cutting on the roof… just amazing! So good! Keep it up man!!! Congrats on the new trucks! Stoked to see it more in action over the coming months!
Awesome job guys, professional yet highly entertaining. Maximising the equipments potential which makes the job quicker and safer. Have a great Christmas and new year.
Great truck. Mini-forestry vibe. But if you want the longest reach/ most flexible; put the crane as at the rear of the truck. Then reverse up. 20 years ago I used an ex-army 4x4 truck with crane -at-rear; great bit of kit
I thoroughly enjoy you guys as a crew, these videos are just filled with knowledge, joy, just general goofing around and great camera work. I love your channel and love seeing you guys laughing with each other. Y’all are a great team, keep up the good work. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you, you’re team and everyone here in the comments. Also, I forgot to say: Congrats with your new expensive toy lol 😂
The equipment just keeps expanding, with a more fluid team of workers. Great video! You're not quite Reon, but I can't imagine what it looks like at home for you now! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to your family and Team! 2025 will be amazing for you! ❤❤
That's a heck of a truck, I've been helping cut tree's here in WNC after Helene, it's home and it's been a challenge. Im no expert BY FAR, but I've learned more in 3 months about cutting trees than my entire life, of course I've been binge watching your channel trying to pick up on the finer skills of running a saw, after several hundred trees I'm getting squared away and confident. I'm also ALOT more aware and cautious of what I do, I'll walk away if it's above my skill set.... storm damaged tree's can be super sketchy at times.
Great video you done there and well done to you and your team. It dose not matter what the cost of trucks cost it makes the job safe and as they say “You can’t replace a life but you can replace a truck”. Keep Safe.🇦🇺🇦🇺
Wow, what a great addition to the business. The truck will pay for itself in no time. At this rate, you will catch up with Schriner in just a few years. Great job too by the way gents.
Funny is how over a year ago Jake said he didn’t want to run a tree company….. and now he’s killing it
Fr he doing feel good got good guys to work for him as well
I didn’t chose to run a tree service, a tree service chose to run me 😂
He's "guilty" 👍
He’s a boss i wil work for! 💪And like natural, gathering a good cool crew! 😎😎😎And people seeing the good work😊🤩… keep it up! Greetings from Nederland 🇳🇱

It isn’t bowing out at all. It is the bubble lens of the camera and the optical illusion of the raised angled sides. 😉
It has been pointed out several times that it was not too long ago that you didn’t want a tree company and was working out of your Jetta. Now you have a fleet of trucks, a crew, and a business. Great job Jake! And Randy! And Isaac! And Lucas!
My name is also jake

So happy seeing your business grow. It’s so awesome
The people who don’t want to be managers or bosses are often the best managers and bosses. Kudos to you!
Nice saved heaps of work. That prop is great. Cheers
Merry Christmas gentleman! Love to see you crushing the game, Jake!
I watch several of you tree guys (I'm not one) and your channel rocks.
You spend a bundle on equipment and you use it. I am impressed.

Job well done guys.
I think that truck will be a great investment, especially to load out logs that can potentially be sold.
Doing a superb job and have fun doing it, thats just how it should be!
Love the videos! I also want to say that it is awesome how you show your appreciation and compliment your hard working employees in every video. That is very rare. Great job guys!
You guys are having fun and getting paid to do it, you guys are my heroes.
Oh yea and be careful backing the loader on the trailer too Bahhaha almost shit again when that back tire got close 😅
Thank you Jake for the contents and the details of scope of work.
