Randy is so calm when instructing Jake on moving the grapple when Jake can’t see it. Being calm is important when doing a delicate job like that. Great work guys! From Victoria 🇨🇦
Those poor homeowners, I hope it gets better for them soon. I like the Milwaukee chain saw. That company has an awesome product line. What a job. You three made it look VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Perfect example of TEAM work....Right men, right equipment and lots of experience. The drone makes us feel as though we are with you also. Including laughter😃
It's awesome how much y'all care about other people's property when doing your work, I love watching y'all work. Great communication between all of you!!!!!
For your back problems hunched to reach the grapple truck controls, cut some 1 foot chunks of pvc to slip over the levers. Works like a charm… an old trick from when excavators had a row of valves rather than joy sticks
Greta video, that truck has been invaluable for you guys I’m glad it’s working out. Hope the home owners can get their home fixed up quickly they both seemed very high spirits considering the situation
I've been learning about those types of trees,Helene put a hurting on alot of trees in my area of NC, evergreens and hardwoods alike, massive oaks and maples down, twisted up mess.
Jake I like the way you guys communicate constantly, it makes a safer working environment. You have some imprecise equipment now you should have no problems getting work for it. Cheers from OZ
That Milwaukee saw is awesome. You cut many big cuts with it on one charge. I think that it also has a battery protection circuit to avoid discharging the batteries too far, which is why it stopped all of a sudden. Considering what those batteries cost, that is good.
yeah, that's exactly how a protection circuit works from the outside. one or two spare battery sets, so you can work through at least one charge cycle, will vastly improve your usability.
Great video and editing job. You are quite the storyteller. That last pick pulling the log up through the roof---ouch! All homeowners just winced. Wow.
Wow, what an incredible job tackling that storm damage! It’s amazing how skilled you all are at handling such massive challenges. Watching the teamwork and expertise in action was both inspiring and impressive!
Highly recommend a knuckle boom crane BIK over a stick crane for tree work. We use both and the BIK is a work horse and a time saver in just about every situation!
Starting doing my tree felling certificates in april and been really enjoying your videos. Feel like I’ve learned a lot of great skills and tips on the job and work itself but also how to work efficiently as a team. Really great videos your time and dedication shows 👍🏻
This happened to me and my sister staying at our parents house. Large willow tree came down through the house and barn. Respect everything you do! Thanks for continuing your review series, been watching since you did the blue Stihl knock offs.
i support my fellow tree man, but those electric saws absolutely drive me nuts, so annoying the sound of them If i want to listen to that, I'd pull my drill out and give er hell because that's what it sounds like and i don't even like the sound of them at the best of times either.
What's amazing about that Milwaukee chainsaw is the batteries never go bad. If you run one of the batteries down to nothing 0 and you think that that battery is no good that's not the case all you have to do is charge it just a little bit with another battery sort of like a jumper and then you can fully charge it.
Great job guys, as always. You work really really well as a crew. And you're even considerate enough to throw out a tarp to not make a mess of sawdust in an already wrecked house 😆
Hey man, what you need Is one of those standing control joysticks so you don’t have to sit down you can stand on the roof for example and control the crane from up there
The east winds coming over the Cascades can do some real damage! Normally it's more localized in the foothills like North Bend, Maple Valley, Black Diamond, and Enumclaw. This particular storm was very different because it brought high east winds all the way out to Puget Sound where the trees aren't equipped to handle them. Back in 2003, we had a similar event but it was very localized to the foothills. Renton was fine, and Maple Valley (where I'm at) looked like a bomb had gone off there was so much destruction. Some of the gusts then were in the high 80's and probably a 90 here or there (MPH) in the foothills. We don't know exactly because there weren't and still aren't any proper wind guages in the area high enough to be above the tree line. The November 19th, 2024 storm saw probably the same gusts out here in the foothills due to surfacing mountain waves and 60's to 70's elsewhere. Incredibly destructive windspeeds for this area!

That was incredible. Nothing like a high stakes game of pick up sticks. What a mess, great job! Homeowners seem really cool too.
Only way you get through it at that point
@@Redthorn57 Yep for sure!
Your teamwork and communication is on point! Working with new equipment in an unconventional situation, trying not to add to the damage, good Job !

Awesome work guys. It's so very obvious that Randy really knows his craft!
Learn something new every day!
Its got to be the most dangerouse type of tree work, storm damaged tree's under high tension in all sorts of places.
I've been learning about those types of trees,Helene put a hurting on alot of trees in my area of NC, evergreens and hardwoods alike, massive oaks and maples down, twisted up mess.

Yeah see like for climbers and bucket workers the electric saws are very handy. Just the instant start stop alone is stupidly slick
That was a awsome job. Good call on the grapple truck Jake.
You really have to be great full for the engineering skills of Randy. You have a good crew.
The natural light and open air concept really makes the place look spacious now.
Guy got a new sky light for free
That was quite the storm. It was a pleasure seeing you deal with the mess. You guys are a great example.
That battery Milwaukee is so amazing. So many positives
Love the attention to physics!! Nice work.......running a saw inside was pretty cool!!
That's a nice Petzl harness you got there, I got one too, got it from somewhere I think called Snappy Supplies
Nicely done. Having the right tool for the job, that boom truck, sure helps.

Incredible job gents!! 👍👍👌👌
great teamwork as usual. without all your equip, that would've been a few days work. awesome job in a tricky situation
That grapple truck earned its keep on that job, nice job boys
Wow that is an amazing video and my hart goes out to the home owner hope they are covered with that type of stuff ?
If it were mine... I have 3 sets of batteries for that Milwaukee; 1 set on the saw, one cooling down, and one on charge....

You guys are amazing to watch
Well done guys
Nice job ,always love watching your work,
Best video ever. You guys be safe out there 🙌
That was a great video! Would like to see more like this!!!
They were some pretty cool homeowners to be joking around like that. I default to that mode in crisis as well when I know there's no other way
Grapple truck is DA BOMB ! TIMELY PURCHASE!
I’m so sad for the owners but what a great job you guys did. 🙌🏻
Great job guys!
Great video , so sad for the homeowner
great team work on this one again. Great video and learnt a new word to boot 'Begackled' haha.
Randy was playing the ultimate game of claw machine with guiding the grapple lol. Good job fellas, and God bless!
Its like Gordy said Jacob, you got balls. I envy you for that.
I've watched several of your tree removals. Enjoy them, altho I would never be able to climb like that, like you do.
NICE DELICATE JOB!! YOU GUYS REALLY TESTED THE WARRANTY LIMITS TODAY ON THE NEW TRUCK!! Funny how you didn't max out the boom with those huge lifts!!
I sure miss ole Jed! Awesome job there my Brother!!! Amazing actually!!!😀 Oh yeah, send me some of those subs when you find time. 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome, horrible for those home owners, thankfully you're there like guardian angels 👍
Professional job at the highest level awesome
Awesome job brother
Is that bucket truck over CDL? Man these videos just keep getting better and better I CANT GET ENOUGH that grapple truck is SICK

Careful with the grapple. It doesn't feel heavy until it does and then it can be an issue.
this video had it's trailer released. a great video as always
One of your best videos ever.❤❤
