In the early 1950s, each year I camped with the Boy Scouts on a dairy farm in Northampton, England. There was a stationary engine to drive the milking machinery. We would walk past without a second glance. I now realise we were experiencing a piece of agricultural history. Photography and moving film was rare, especially for young lads. Because of this, these historic images were never recorded. There was also a small grey Fergie tractor. These are now just memories, thanks for reviving them.
