    I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. I thought I was fine but I began to notice a loss of more hair than normal.     children :9-11 Hours sleep(6-13)
    Teenagers:8-10Hours sleep(14-17 Years)
    Young Adult : 7-9Hours sleep(18-26Years)
    Adult : 7-9 Hour's (26-64 years)
    Older Adults:7-8Hours (65+years)
