I appreciate these videos so so much. I've felt more grounded and reminded to be with my body throughout the day instead of just living in a state of dissociation and fear of my emotions and being in my body. Thank you so much ❤ id love if you could do one for hyperactivity / mania! no worries if not though, once again I'm so deeply appreciative of this practice and how much these videos have helped me since learning about somatic practices.
Sorry Teresa I could not see video that you uploaded recently due to work load but I comes and keep watching them as I gets time as I said I am here with who cured me with her amazing techniques and I will never forget my beautiful angel❤ yes your hair getting longer and you need hairband now. I like it🙂
What is dysregulated nervous system means ?? Whether it is stuck in sympathetic mode ?? Please reply what is dysregulated/ regulated nervous system means?? U said in video nervous system starts to regulate, what the word "regulate" means I'm not so good in English language that's why
A dysregulated nervous system means that the nervous system is not functioning in a balanced way. Normally, our nervous system switches between the "sympathetic mode" (fight, flight, or freeze) and the "parasympathetic mode" (rest, digest, and heal) as needed. When it’s dysregulated, it may get stuck in one mode-often the sympathetic mode-leading to a state of chronic stress, hypervigilance, or anxiety. This can happen due to trauma, prolonged stress, or other factors that overwhelm the body’s ability to self-regulate. Regulation, on the other hand, means that the nervous system can adapt and respond appropriately to situations, returning to a calm baseline when the stressor is gone. Practices like somatics can help bring the nervous system back into balance by teaching the body how to release tension and reconnect with a sense of safety. Does that answer your question? ❤️
