I think the loop represents his fear of his daughter going through the same addiction he did. The little girl throughout the trilogy is his actual daughter, WIllow.

I love how Ronnie is killing his old self! When I was hooked on drugs and alcohol, I spiritually and mentally had to do the same thing. I’ve been clean and sober since 2004 and I’ve never looked back!
I know this is old so you probably won’t see it but I wanted to say congrats on your sobriety! I got clean from heroin in Jan 2003 so not far off you! Anyway just wanted to give you flowers 🖤
Great reaction, to a great song. Ronnie Radke has a rather difficult fate. His mother left the family because of drugs, Ronnie himself also used, went to prison, where he practiced vocals and wrote lyrics, releasing everything that had accumulated during this time. He came out, and almost went all out again, but he lost a loved one and it changed him completely. Now, to his position of "becoming the best", the desire to live correctly and be an example for loved ones has been added, which he does in his songs and many interviews. In the clip, when he sees his mother, he forgives her for not being there and thanks her for who he has become. In life, he did the same thing. So, the song, in general, is biographical.
When you know Ronnie’s whole back story this trilogy with the videos speaks volumes. It’s so beautiful and inspiring. So many emotions goes through you. I’ve been a FIR fan when they first started. And they never fail to make amazing music. Ronnie is a mastermind and a complete genre on his own. And it amazes me how he’s not huge
The thing about Falling In Reverse is that even if some of the older songs sound a bit silly or cringy now, they were still extremely good for their time. I honestly can't think of a song that I skip often from their discography. Each album has a time for me that it can be listened to. I hope you continue doing reactions to them. So much fun and even more talent.

I love a lot of music but no other artist continuously and and consistently impresses me or moves me on their level. I only discovered them like 2 years ago and I immediately went down the most epic rabbit hole. No other band is performing on this level right now. Just usually speechless

Alone is one of the songs that Ronnie has said he does not particularly care about the lyrics he wrote. If we had to pick a "bad" song that is probably as close as you are gonna get and even it is pretty damn good

Ronnie looks hot af in the alone video, it's so funny to see him cringe when he watches himself in the video but I've gotta say Alone is one of my favourites no matter how cringy he says it is.
Yeah it's a bit cringe but the harmony at the end is what pulls it off for me and I will pull through everything else before for that end

This song has been helping me achieve sobriety. When he says "and you dont see that its killing you", pssh...thats so deep. FiR has been helping my life in general. What a fantastic band.
I love this song so much. It inspired me to stop drinking, even when I felt I didn’t have an issue with alcohol. I feel so much better living clean.

Agree with other comments-----with the older stuff, even if I may not find them to be complete masterpieces like the new stuff, I ALWAYS enjoy them. Going to be honest----FIR is literally the only music I listen to. Around the house, in the car, on my walks, etc. Only FIR songs. There are only 2 songs that I'll skip when they come up. And on a few songs, even if parts of them aren't necessarily my favorite, there's always way more in them that I do love. Even Ronnie will say some of them or at least some lyrics are cringe, which may be true, but dang if they're not still super catchy and fun to listen to.

After long time of listening to FiR that's what I realised. All their songs feels true to me. Sincere. I feel the pain Ronnie mentions. That's kinda my pain too, though I never was an addict and neither smoke, nor drink. And in that way they stand right next to Linkin Park to me.

I don't know if Corey does all of features for free, but he did this one. Both he and Ronnie are addicts, had sh*tty mother's and are very versatile artists. So they have a lot in common.
Ronnie says Alone was the ahead of his time but today he thinks the lyrics are a bit cringy. Personally I love the song. Problem is, that the few songs with more fun lyrics are extremely catchy and if there's a song of which I don't like parts of the music, the lyrics are so good, that I'll listen to it anyway. If I had to decide on my least favorite FIR songs, it would probably be Just Like You, Don't Mess With Ouija Boards, Guillotine IV and My Apocalypse II.

it's been close to a year since i've listened to this song & i've forgotten how good it is
i remember when the whole Motley Crue era for emo came around and definitely clumped RR in with some of those phase hopping and formulaic bands but just last year i clicked on Popular Monster and I just get it and more importantly, i believe his angst and his history is not something many escape . I see a dude who has the right amount of ego to actually be the best artist he can be but that intimidation factor has hopefully kept the new age, A&R/Label hounds from violating his integrity and i mean that in all the worst ways being the industry is as sick and fuct as the story goes. i suck at keeping it short but they know he’s not afraid to get canceled or be threatened to sign that dreaded contract to remain “relevant” . on a side note i actually think that “if God is real” lyric is probably the weakest considering his depth of perception and dredged up emotions in his vocabulary. I think life is a pain in the ass and sorta a sick test for something that comes next and for me I have caved in to the idea that duality allows suffering in this realm and if God is real and all knowing, this innate struggle to continue on and do what you can do be as morally accountable, must come from something that surpasses modern science or at least that’s w hat my gut says? we’re being sold on the simulation theory, so why bother ha! Nothing new I’ve spewed and sorry for this essay ha! this cat gets it and glad we have an artist and band that can breakthrough the mainstream (whatever that is now) but he should be fucking celebrated .

Okey, explanation here real quick. Ronnie used to be drug addict. So was his mother that left him, his brother and father alone. Because of drugs. When Ronnie started doing drugs, he was down. And then he became a father. And this trilogy and this song Drugs is about how is he affraid that the same can happen to his daughter, the little girl Willow. The rest of the songs are his jounrney throu recovering and becoming the king he is now.
