Hi again, Renata. When I arrived in Singapore in 1977 there was one high rise tower in the CBD. When we drove to KL - again, no expressways, relatively few cars - we were booked at the new Hilton. There was no GPS but it didn’t matter. We arrived at the edge of the city and we could see the Hilton tower all alone in the otherwise low rise landscape. When we got to it there were open fields beside it. That Hilton has since changed brands.
Hello. I am a relatively new subscriber to your channel. Your videos and commentary are very professional. Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Singapore are already on my must visit list, but your videos are excellent. The view from the Petronas Towers looked spectacular and the food you ate looked very delicious also. I look forward to watching many more of your videos. Thank you.
The Tower is the legacy of our great visionary Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. It's such a genius stroke that made Malaysia rise in the eye of the world. Cool video indeed, you should try the Borneo states on the other side of Malaysia.

Malaysia is a modern country, yes majority of us are Muslim but we definitely not a Muslim country. Malaysian are moderate people who are very friendly and highly tolerance to other ethnicity whatever religious group you are from.
Thanks again for this wonderful video in KL. There's a lot of theme parks in Orlando where u r back home now n its wonderful. But do visit Malaysian theme parks next time u r in Malaysia like d Genting Highlands, Sunway Lagoon, Legoworld etc.
By d way, I've crossed d sky bridge hundred of times in 1997. Silly as it may sound, first occupation of d towers started in late 1997. The elevators in ptt2 were not fully operational, so we d staff of klcc had to use d elevators in ptt1 cross d sky bridge, then reach ptt2, for more than few months. C'est la vie.

Fuck madey...
Thank you! On this trip, we are visiting KL, Penang and Melaka, but as we heard great things about Borneo, we'll do some research for next time 😍
Pardon me 🤔? This dictator PM of Malaysia is a laughing stock and clown to the World. Nobody in the world give a damn to this PM of yours. 🙏

Wah so lucky u guys managed to go up until 80+ floor. I only went up until the bridge level and that was like +-15 years ago LOL
shzl tx Maybe they didn’t have the 83rd and 86th open to tourists back then?
Watching this video made me cry, watching how people from different country fascinating with our country, watched how struggle our country back in the day and now world can see us..Malaysia boleh!
Wow, be proud. You have a great country and I hope we can visit more in the future.
Malaysia is a modern country, yes majority of us are Muslim but we definitely not a Muslim country. Malaysian are moderate people who are very friendly and highly tolerance to other ethnicity whatever religious group you are from.
Thank you. We enjoyed the people where ever we went and I hope we can return in the future.
Thank you for visiting our country. I'm grateful that you had a good time in Malaysia. You're welcome to visit anytime you want!

Jun, may you get back soon. Thks for watching!😀
Thanks again for this wonderful video in KL. There's a lot of theme parks in Orlando where u r back home now n its wonderful. But do visit Malaysian theme parks next time u r in Malaysia like d Genting Highlands, Sunway Lagoon, Legoworld etc.
N a visit to d tropical islands like Langkawi, Pangkor, Tioman, Redang too. U will love it even though it's hot.
Thank you for the all the wonderful suggestions. We will return in the future😍
@@RenataPereiraTV Great to know that.
One of city in my list to visit. Keren banget kuala lumpur, pengen kesana. 😊
Kami harap Anda mendapatkan kesempatan dan segera 👍😀
By d way, I've crossed d sky bridge hundred of times in 1997. Silly as it may sound, first occupation of d towers started in late 1997. The elevators in ptt2 were not fully operational, so we d staff of klcc had to use d elevators in ptt1 cross d sky bridge, then reach ptt2, for more than few months. C'est la vie.
Oh wow! Seeing from the positive side, at least they could see that beautiful view across the bridge every day ❤
Its so cool when i was a kid it was so big i can't even think of it as a tower.. i wish i can go there again i miss it♥️🇲🇾
Now there is an even bigger tower in KL. They are so unique the Petronis twins
@@RenataPereiraTV Yes but the tower will remain the famous tower of KL.. its like the statue of liberty is still famous in new york♥️😁
8:56 i went to this restaurant which is tai food a year ago!!! When i went to Malaysia i couldn't go up to Petronas Twin Towers so i'm happy to look in the Petronas Twin Towers👍
