Great to have someone from the restaurant explain dishes as you eat. Sometimes when a chef or owner sits with a food reviewer it gets awkward, but she was very good at explaining the key points because the food itself looks/sounds really good by itself and doesn't need any extra hype.

I want that sliders and ube drink. The pork belly looks so delicious and that crunch. 😎 lechon fries sound fire. Wow you can eat the whole ahead of the shrimp I don’t know how you do it lol crispy shumai looks and sounds interesting. I’d rather have fried fish as well than steamed fish. The flaming, halo halo is huge and so cool with Tia torch. Never heard of flan brûlée looks fire. Feat video bro.

It’s not tapsilog sliders. It’s TAPA sliders. Tapsilog is TAPa + SInangag (fried rice) + itLOG (egg). The meat in the sliders is tapa - marinated (sometimes dried) beef.
Usually, I'm kind of neutral when it comes to Filipino food. But, all the dishes at Full House BBQ looked amazing. Gotta go there for their desserts. Just no balut. 😁

Dan, it's Tapa not tapsilog. The silog part is the garlic rice and egg. Tapa is a beef prep. Tapsilog is tapa, garlic rice, egg. Longsilog is longanisa with garlic rice and egg. Sinangag = garlic rice, the 'Si' in silog. Itlog = egg, the 'log' in silog. Silog is a typical breakfast item. The protien is in front of silog (i.e. Spamsilog 😁).
