Nanay Gloria is the best choice
I'm a beef eater, my picks are:
• beef tapa i.e. tapsilog
• beef caldereta
• beefsteak/bistek tagalog
• kare-kare
• pochero
• bulalo
• pares, not the sweet but the savory variant
Just visited Pinoy 1968, it was disappointing. First, 5 of us wanted the buffet and one just a one entree and they did not allowed us. So we all decided to do the entrees instead. They do not allow customers to serve themselves like other buffets. The sago and gulaman was all syrup full of ice, their nilaga was just vegestable, the server was hesitant to scoop enough food for the costumers, etc. Too many to mention. All I want to say is this place is not worth the drive.

This is truly the most authentic Filipino restaurant I've seen here outside the Philippines. Too bad it's in Nevada it's too far but yes God-willing I'll go there someday. Everything here is good I can tell.

The beans and jelly in the halo-halo are made from coconut "sport" (young coconut meat).
Filipino Beef Caldereta and Beef Steak YUMMY, their Other items are also Delicious!

I always love going to Filipino buffets which i don’t find a-lot in my Southern California place. The one nearby me is in West Covina, you might wanna check it out. They’re cheap and comes with a drink already. And they have whole pork lechon also every weekends, on Saturday & Sunday buffets.

Last year i visited my friend in las vegas and she brought me in Nanay Gloria resto for dinner. I dig right away the pork adobo coz i rarely eat pork in qatar. Pork does not taste good here in qatar

The Las Vegas Pinoy food is awesome. It's hard to find food that good in the Philippines, even. I don't know how they do it with imported ingredients.
I like opinions about Filipino food from other Asian people, because they also eat bittermelons and fat and blood. I find that only Koreans and some Japanese seem to like Filipino food, though. Other Asians don't seem to like it so much, but they don't say its nasty either.
There's a reason why it's called halo-halo which means 'mix-mix' coz you have to mix it well before eating.

the papaitan and bulalo are my favorite.
Palabok is Shrimp extract to its max and made sauce out of it.
For me it's always dinuguan and kare kare
They should also have sisig, lechon, lechon paksiw
