My husband and I went to Border grill in December and we were blown away by how delicious the food was and how stylized the was on the plates. We decided we needs to go there whenever we come to Las Vegas. Definite hidden gem!

I ate all 14 plates when I went here last year! It was literally the only & last Strip buffet open at the time. It was very good, but after the 8th plate, I realized many of the flavors were the same; only with different combinations.

Interesting side note: my late husband was a PT time scuba instructor and back in the day he certified Mary Sue and her husband,Josh, not long after their arrival in LA!

To be honest, I think their Dinner menu presentations actually looks better from the videos I've seen. I've been to the Brunch and it didn't wow me maybe since I no longer have a huge appetite.
Dan and Tim have very low speaking voices but as loud as my voice is you would have been able to hear me from one end of the buffet place to the other end.
Good video. Food looks great but get a better microphone and zoom in closer to the food so we can see the food more clearly and share that great eating experience more enjoyably
Hey Dan, may I suggest you use lavalier mics the next time you shoot at loud locations like this place? Sorry brother, I could only watch this video for a couple of minutes. The crowd noise is too distracting.
dont give up, fast forward to about 16 mins, as it got better as some of the loud drunks left, lol. and tim will crack you up, i have not even finished the video but he is getting more funny as he drinks. so, try it again, ok?

You are correct that it's noisy. I have been to noisy restaurants. I'm surprised that so many people commented on the noises. People do make noises and love noises especially at parties drinking and having fun!!!!!
Yikes, lots of background noise being picked up by the mic! May want to look into how to reduce this? Tim's video seems to not have as much of this, perhaps ask him for some tips?
The food looked good, but I would not go there purely on the deafening noise level, very unpleasant. Couldn't watch the whole video even with the volume turned down low and I really love yr videos as well as Tim's.
I’ve been to that Border Grill a couple of times. Never for brunch, though. Can’t believe how loud it is. I don’t remember that level of volume. Rather obnoxious.
