200 horsepower for a V8 engine is ridiculous! We have four cylinders that have more horsepower than that. Whatever engineer came up with that idea should have stayed home that day and called in sick
@@webmastersof emissions regulations being rolled out played a role in that. Manufacturers hadn't found a way to get more power out while still adhering to the regulations. Don't forget, 345lb ft of torque is a pretty healthy number!

That's an aftermarket exhaust, I assume. If not, the early C4's definitely had a better sound. I have a 95 and it doesn't sound like that.
