Funny timing - just recently I was wondering the same thing where it didn't really sound right playing the 10th fret on the B string for Stone's part like some tabs have it, so I took a deep dive watching a bunch of live vids but it seems this is indeed what he plays! Of course that he is playing 10th fret on B string and it sounds right. Also, there is no next chord with F# on A string. That one is not played, Jeff play F# on bass.

Of course and just to be clear, bottom line is you don't need very much gear wise to get a half decent tone. I made do with a cheap Vox practise amp when i was getting back into guitar not that many years ago, and I loved it! I've done lots of other videos showing how to get PJ tones with a variety of gear, the 1991 from Funny Little Boxes is £99 and will easily cover the rhythm parts, should just get into Mike's lead tone too as it's got 2 gain stages. For an amp the Boss Katana does an excellent job too. End of the day if it sounds good to you and makes you happy, that's all that matters 🙂
