I live in Cleveland, we have a huge pump 2 miles off the shore of Lake Erie that pumps and filters fresh water back and forth to the city, how does a city that is prone to wildfires, on the shore of the ocean, a city full of the filthy rich, run out of water to fight the fires, do they think they have to have fresh water to fight fire, why pray tell do they not have a water pump system off shore?!

It is a war with fire that must be managed through strategic, special thoughts and actions. If the rain does not come, the chances of self-extinguishing are reduced. The various states of the US must cooperate to stop the disaster.
