If he continues to do more dinosaurs, I hope he can figure out a way to create hollow molds to reduce the weight. The combination of this type of plastic and the heavy solid parts means they really can’t support their own weight for extended periods of time without plugging the feet into the base. And even then, it’s tenuous.

I wonder if he'll ever create a sauropod line.
Only way it’s possible if he takes notes from the huge Hammond Collection Brachiosaurus from Mattel. It’s crazy MASSIVE, super poseable, yet light.
@@rhcp8390 They gotta be smaller sauropods, like Amargasaurus and Nigersaurus. I don't think we'll get any large sauropod figures with the way Creative Beast Studios makes their other figures. They'd have to be made hollow, otherwise they'd be too heavy and expensive.

Pairs really well with the Styracosaurus.
This Albertosaurus is quite a good looking figure like the Safari Ltd Figure & that Life Sized Bronze Statue made by Dave Thomas which is still at the Museum of National History in Albuquerque New Mexico along with the Pentaceratops. Ahem! & now back to this new Figure of the Lizard of Alberta. When I looked at this, I was amazed by the coloring of this figure. Especially… 2:22 I was surprised that it was based on one of my favorite Australian Lizards like the Australian Eastern Water Dragon. I’ve heard about them. They look like amphibious versions of Frilled Lizards. But unlike like them, the Water Dragons don’t have neck frills. Although they can swim, but they sure have been known to run on their 2 hind legs just like their frilled necked cousins.

Here at the end of the Tyrannosaur series, I think these final figures showcase a lot of the shortcomings of BotM as a line. The outdated articulation causing weak joints and limited range of motion are really starting to bug me. Plus the paint QC is starting to fall behind other figures, imo. My Daspletosaurus is completely missing paint apps for the scutes on its right foot, and its eye paint is spilling out over the eyelids.
With how ambitious Cyberzoic is trying to be, I can't say my hopes are too high given the current track record. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I'm also not holding my breath. Good review in any case, interested to see your take on the upcoming articulated Raptors from Nanmu when they release.
compare it to mattel and you will realise why this line is good anyways

Everything still looks great to me. It’s normal that some copies have defects. Ofc it’s unfortunate for the ppl who get the figures w defects but BOTM is still one of the best out there.
I agree with you but using my gorgo again i have to say this line is still awesome, like they have there short comings but they will always be worth every dollar you spend on them

I do luv thier dinosaurs! But have they thought about doing like say Werewolves or other fictional monsters? I think they are doing Dragons soon with a new line but I dont remember.
There are a couple dragons in the Cyberzoic line, which is an armored dinosaur line. He is also doing a beasts of the Cenozoic line for animals like smilodon. He is primarily sticking to real animals
Have you checked out “LooseCollector” werewolves? They’re HUGE, super poseable and comes in white/black/gray and tan.
I think Gorgosaurus, Daspletosaurus and Albertosaurus are the best BOTM Tyrannosaur-Series figure

My Wave 3 stuff showed up today, including this one...very pretty! (Looks like it stole Lythronax's eye-liner though, oddly similar...😅)

I ordered mine last year on bigbadtoystore and it said it would be here on Jan 2024 but didn't say what day of January and it's February and still not here
They just hit the main warehouse in NJ last week. Kickstarter backers got fulfilled first. I’m sure bbts will have their shipment soon if they don’t have it already.
