Been getting into the habit of looking up info on foods I like, such as blackberries here.
I had no idea about these benefits.
    It’s absolutely amazing!
Also like that it has iron in it too.
Because I don’t like things red meats and the typical things that have iron in it, been looking for foods that have it in it that I’d like.
Recently found out I like dates after trying sone Medjool Dates out of curiosity, and also found out they also have some iron too among other benefits.
It’s so fascinating to find out more about the foods that I like.

How should you eat them? And how much daily? Thank you for all the info.

Hi Pamela! I would normally eat blackberries fresh. However, they can be included in some cooked recipes like a compote or pie, if you eat cooked fruits. Regarding how much...as far as I'm concerned, eat whatever amount you want and include them as part of your fruit allotment for the day. Like any other food, they don't need to be eaten each and every single day. There is value in rotating foods so we get the benefit of many foods along the way. If you do want to each them every day, there is no harm in that! They are a valuable food in themselves. So, how much and how often would be a personal decision. Typically, one cup of a fruit is considered to be one serving. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching :)
