Thank you for all this great information, Dr.Wallace. I’m newly diagnosed and scared since I’ve had symptoms for 10 yrs in many organs. Glad to hear rituximab can bring prompt results. I have many chemical and medication sensitivities and I hope I am a candidate for this medication.

Can it also trigger tinnitus?
While researchers believe this is rare, we did find case reports of people who had middle ear issues (including tinnitus) believed to be related to IgG4.
