During my diagnosis for vasculitis, I was an inpatient on antibiotic and steroid drip. I am 63 year old male. I developed pain in one testicle. I had an ultra sound exam, that was inconclusive and was examined by a Neurologist. He suggested that I may have testicular cancer due a pea sized lump in a testicle and said that I may need it removed. I will need to ask him about the possibility of polyarteritis nodosa when we next meet.
