      @@satown2150 Dirk is not better than K.G on no scale. Dude only had 1 aspect that can argue over KG. Dirk never the player KG was in any other aspect. Duncan Greatest but KG was more versatile defensively and actually fit more in today's NBA offensively. Back to Dirk, dude got cooked by Al Harrington as the MVP.
      Bob Petit, KG, Duncan, Barkley, Malone, Billy Cunningham, Kevin McHale, Elvin Hayes > Dirk no cap.

    Draymond Green said he tried to trash talk to Tim Duncan his rookie season in (2013) . Tim gave him the look of death and Draymond left him alone for the rest of the game after Tim lite up Golden State for the rest of that night. I'm a Warriors fan, but that was funny when Draymond talked about not talking trash to Tim Duncan 😂.

    Was I was younger watching the NBA, I didn’t like how Duncan had no flash in his game like Kobe, Shaq, AI, Nash or Carter but now that I’m older, I’ve grown to appreciate the amazing fundamentals he had and I always loved the touch off the glass he had. Guys like Jokic with their touch and footwork feel very influenced by the greatest PF ever.

    Yeah man its definitely an art to what he is saying. I use to get so frustrated with trash talk and Im a fiery guy. But when I started to just stay calm and channel the fire/aggression I am more focus and find flow way sooner

      @@timothy2902 KG isn't trash, but I take Dirk over him. People always talk about how much better KG was at defense, but Dirk always won more. Plus KGs great defense couldn't stop Dirk.

      @@Pumpkin3.14pi but he had much more help though. Dirk had a combined 18 all star appearances in his teammates. Whereas for Kg, he only had 3 with the Wolves. Also, the 2010 Celtics had 20 less free throws than the Lakers in Game 7. They should have won that if it was not for marketing.

      @@kingdinodragonite3470 Those players weren't all stars when they played with Dirk. I know that Dirk had more help the KG, but he won 41 games with OJ Mayo as his number two. I think he won 52 with Mante Ellis, and pushed the championship Spurs to 7 games when they dominated everyone else. He didn't have most of those all stars in their prime. Plus Nash wasn't an MVP player until he got in Dantoni's system. Then Dirk didn't hit his prime until Finley was gone. I'm not trying to say Dirk had no help, but he constantly was competing against the best teams with much less talent then them. Garnett only truly competed the one year where he had Spreewell and Cassell. Then he competed in Boston with two other stars. Most of Dirk's best runs were with Jason Terry as his number two scorer. Plus 2011 puts him above Garnett alone for me. It's close, but Dirk won every year with pieces constantly changing around him.

    Tim was actually a genius. Notice in most games after a Spurs basket, he'd catch the ball and drop it giving his teammates time to get down the floor and into position also limiting quick inbound possessions for their opponents. (It's the little things)
