Years later and STILL the best tutorials and how to’s on self styling YT has to offer. Brad Mondo who? Oh the guy who scoffs screeeches and eye rolls and hates home cuts, self coloring or any self styling, will preface any tutorial with tons of “please don’t do this unless emergency and yall gonna
Do it anyways but makes me want to die to think of anyone cutting hair at home - not worth the savings of $100-$500 and up - judges scissor quality and type used as well as product snob in general- and THEN after that whole diatribe clearly bias with interest in keeping stylists charging $70 MINIMUM for a cut only and $200 for like root fill color with a whole cut color style being nearly 1K like that’s okay and normal. ITS HAIR!!!!!! If you mess up it will grow back. Where your hair up a few weeks. Bam…. Problem solved and you saved the money time and taught yourself something new. ll these judgy stylists acting like they being held hostage to give a lockdown tutorial have made me appreciate her more

I started watching these tutorials about a year ago. As soon as I saw them I absolutely fell in love with her teaching style, techniques and overall attitude. She really does teach in a way that EVERYONE can learn it and, most importantly, gives you the CONFIDENCE to actually DO IT! I successfully executed the at-home Haircut utilizing 2 different tutorials (the basic haircut- cutting the length using the "beard" method and cutting layers using the redirect method - horseshoe top section, brushing it forward, straight down and gathering to the center, crab claw and angled point ✂️. I'm thrilled with the result, see ya later Fantastic Sam's lol! ✌️

Brittnee you are the best! I combined three of your hair cutting tutorials and did a pretty good job on my own hair (cut length, layers and face framing). Now I would like to pass on 2 tips for you that work great for me! To thicken your hair, drink bone broth and collagen peptides every day for at least 3 months and then you can go to maybe a couple times a week. I mix them together and add a little beef or chicken bouillon to round out my hot drink, and use this in place of coffee. My very thin flat hair got so thick, soft and full of body, that it is fluffy now, almost like I want to thin it..lol... Even friends stared at my hair and asked me what I was doing, while they wrote down what I said....Another thing that works excellent for me is George's 100% Aloe Vera liquid, maybe 1/4 cup each day. Refrigerate it, it has no taste, unlike other aloe vera products. These are tried and proven methods, the only negative is the cost, so look around and compare prices. But our hair is OUR HAIR, RIGHT?! It is worth it! Give yourself at least 6 months to get a fair assessment, plus you will be much healthier from these products! A double bonus!!

Omg you are the bomb! My hair is fine and thin too and most hairdressers mess up my hair, so I dread even going. I binge watched you yesterday and I did purple ombre and it turned out fantastic 💜. I impressed myself so I'm confident enough to cut it today. I will definitely let you know how it turns out. Thank you Thank you thank you for putting up these tutorials! Much love ❤ 😍

I agree, guys need to step up and help their ladies with their hair. My husband loves my hair long, past my elbows, so he trims my elbow length hair for me every couple months. I get caped, my hair combed out, sectioned, pinned up and he lets it down in increments to ensure that the split/damaged ends are trimmed underneath, not just the top layer. I have him give me French, Dutch, fishtail, side, wraparound and variations of the different braids. I get compliments on my hair and friends joke that they are coming to my house to get their hair done. He has given haircuts to a couple of my friends, my best friend will only let him trim her hair and my niece had him braid her hair for her when she needed it or a school play. She told her mother not to waste money at the salon, her uncle would do for her for free, and he did.

Also , if you bring your hair from the back into the front, cutting straight across (what I've been told, you get a sort of triangle look in the back. So cutting at a diagonal- even if it's not so drastic-- is a good idea. You don't want that 'bowl' triangle in the back. Sp hard to get the back right!

Where I had covid I've been loosing hair, so thankful it's thick or I probably wouldn't have much left. So I'm going to try a cut to bring my thickness back into it.
Also thinking about adding highlights too, to cover up the few grey's popping up LoL I never would have thought at 35 I would start getting grey's and loosing hair. I'm thankful to be alive though:) Great video looks beautiful 😍 Ty for sharing

(That sounded way creepier than I meant it to. 😂) Would you be willing to show us how you achieved the curls you did in this look with the flat iron? I’m still exploring your videos so if it already exists I apologize. Also, you are such a beauty and I feel we are around the same age, would be willing to talk about any fillers/Botox, etc. you get? I just had my first visit and I’m not in love with the results and maybe it’s a southern thing but I feel like it’s not talked about. Loving you, girl! Telling everyone about you! 💜💜💜

I always know I have lots of hair (but almost non-existent eyebrows God Why??). Ladies at the salon always shocked first time touching my head and ask me many questions. But today, following your tutorial, I realized how MUCH my hair is. I part each left and right into four different sections, and each section contains like a person whole hair. So I have hair for 8 person whaaat? I finally finished cutting my hair in like two hours. Lmao. I love the results though. Thank you so much!
