My honest opinion & review.
Steering issue la idhuvaraikkum illa. Handle panradhuku nalla irukku.
High Ground Clearance irukuradhu car kum nalladhu. Enga veetula car ramp konjam height. So clearance kammi ah irukura car ah ethuna under body scratch aagum. So we chose TATA Nexon (one of the reasons).
Service super ah panranga. Nalla gavanikuranga. (In Tirunelveli)
Mileage in XZA+ O DT Diesel AMT variant (2021) - Economy mode - 22 KMPL, City Mode - 15-17 KMPL, Sports mode la car parakudhu, So try pannala.
JBL Harman Sound System vera level la irukku.
AC Cooling is also superb. Adhulayum XPress cooling super ah irukku.
Infotainment Touch response is nice. Mobile connect pannumbodhu lag aagala (it takes 3-5 secs for launching for the first time).
High Commanding Position in Road.
Front and Side design attractive ah irukku. Back side design dhoorathula irundhu paakumbodhu nalla irukku, but pakkathula vandhu paatha konjam design change pannirukalamo nu thonudhu. Safety ku 5 Star, Nalla build quality, Seat Comfort super, Namma sollradha car kekuradhu maadhiri irukudhu. So idhalam paakumbodhu back side design la perusa theriyala.
Rear seats ku oru roof light kuduthurukalam.

Thank You for making such a useful video. From my last 4 months ownership of Nexon top end model, I feel the following pros and cons in this car
Pros - 1. Great Looking and great build quality 2. Spacious and safe car 3. Very good groud clearance 4. Excellent infotainment and music system by Harman 5. Plenty of features for this price 6. Large boot space. 7. Plenty of power in sport mode and feel really sporty.
Cons - 1. Poor customer experience especially with sales. 2. Very poor low beam lighting. High beam is very good. While going on wide roads where there are no Street lights, I hardly able to see anything. If it's raining, almost nothing is visible in low beam 2. Steering has slight left side pull which can't be corrected as confirmed by service center.
3. Feel of body roll especially in higher speeds as expected in any SUV while taking turns
4. Repeated sensor issues like service due reminders keep coming on and off, false tpms warnings, sudden restart of infotainment system etc
What you going to do with this tata Nexon ??? What is the current status... Have you already changed your car ???

I'm also beginner not even single time I sat on driver seat before Dec 2020...as this video user Nexon is my first car and I didn't do test drive any car even Nexon I didn't do test drive (apam sariya ota theriathu...enatha test pana.. questinae theriyathi.. epadi answer evaluate pana 😀) after I bought NEXON started driving ...NOW I'm able to drive even in bumper to bumper traffic in Bangalore 😀

Problem is the amount of angle the door opens and space you get to ingress. I too have no complaints with ground clearance.

Major problem many face in manual version is the gears getting stuck between 2-3 and vice-versa. Clutch is very vague, they should learn the trick from Maruti gearbox
From the experience of owning a Tata nexon petrol for 3 months, I would say that it's a great car. Rear seat space is one the main attraction of nexon. I am fully satisfied with my buy. The only negative is the service network. If Tata improves the quality of service stations then Tata will definitely shine ahead of other brands
Pokma tata and gokulam tata is doing good service based on experience for tata tiago car.. Please let me know your suggestions too 👍
@@TrendingPoonai I live in Kerala where my experience with gokulam and malayalam motors were not good. Also tafe access in Coimbatore didn't provide a good experience.
@@ajayaswin924 yes my location is in Chennai and there was a car dent work which Pokma did good.. Also I gave my car for 2 service at gokulam tata Keelkattalai and they too did good..
@@TrendingPoonai It's nice to hear atleast some stations are doing a good job. Maybe Tata is trying to improve their service network. But in my opinion they still have a long way to go forward👍

Even though it is an Indian make and scored 5 star rating in safety, Tata should improve the driving dynamics, steering feedback, power delivery in petrol engine, touch screen sensitivity, rear design..etc. or Tata should introduce some sports version in this car.
Driving dynamics and steering feedback is one the highlights of Tata Nexon .
Yes i am strange they are telling the complaint about Steering. Probably they are comparing hatchback steering with suv steering wheel.
In tata and mahindra go for diesel engine. They are perfect and most reliable.

Good Review and Good Choice on First car But Tata Motors has to improve on Refinement , NVH level and i Torque for drivability .
புது காரில் vibration அப்புறம் அது complaint செய்தால் சரியாகிறதென்றால் அது என்ன மாதிரியான quality check முடிந்து வெளிவருகிறது .அப்புறம் light swith quality சரியில்லாம உள்ளே போய்விட்டதாம் .மாற்றி கொடுத்தார்களாம்.கார் வாங்குபவர்கள் எத்தனை லட்சம் கொட்டிக்கொடுக்கிறோம் அதற்கு என்ன மாதிரியான தரங்கள் எதிர்பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்ற கவலை சிறிதும் இன்றி காசைக்கொட்டிக்கொடுக்க ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டதால் தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் அதை அல்வா மாதிரி பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்கிறார்கள். காரில் மட்டுமல்ல பயனாளிகளின் இந்த மனோபாவம் .இது ஆபத்தானது

My small suggestion to Birlas Parvai....the user review you can do with highest distance clocked car....I have seen a nexon clocked more than 175000 kms...in a very short span of 3.5 years .

As it is SUV, ground clearance will be higher... If the user blame about that then it's not fare... User should have gone for sedan or hatchback which have lower ground clearance
Ingress and egress issue could be solved by fitting side foot steps...u will have to spend around 7500 bucks..

Either he should buy a Toyota vellfire or a land cruiser both are available in Indian market it might be worth for pampering his senior people and worth his money, even for reselling.
Ingress is problem for all 4 sides. Many bang their heads. Especially senior citizens will stuggle during ingress and egress. Blind spots are bigger due to, small rear window, wide A and C pillars, driver should exercise more caution on cross roads and while changing lane. I too own a Nexon Diesel. Mileage is decent and comfortable once you get in. If you get with sunroof, then you can have more fun and easy to clean your roof.
I bro i really love tata nexon, it's power and bold stands at the attractive price range, I too short list the car but I am afraid of it's 3 cylinder engine whether it is reliable or not , now it's giving milage of 10 to 12 for new car whether the milage will drop to single digit numbers , I suggest you to review the nexon car which is driven above the 50000 km and the user review , I am waiting for your review brother
There is an option to install side foot step and also unlike other cars ingress and egress is better in TATA Nexon as it opens upto 90 degrees.
90 degree only in altroz,punch ....not in Nexon...

I think u won't drive much and think that u mostly use in city..as u have decided to buy PETROL AUTOMATIC....If yes go for it...but I request u to think on NEXON EV...
If u r a mile muncher and if you munch around 2000 km per month ..u could think of Diesel....if charging stations increases...it will be again EV which would be cheap to run...

@@immanuelmoorthy4434bro heavy vibration in steering , after u drive almost 300 kms per day when u sleep at night you will get the vibration while sleeping and till you getting up next day... NVH is poor. I would recommend to take test drive of XUV 300, venue , for mileage try venu and breeza, there are plenty other options with 4 cylinder with good mileage. So think all other options first. Don't stop with Nexon. Magnite kicks, astor , even creta base version etc
Just getting NCAP rating doesnt help everyone. I can show a Volkswagen failed with AIR bag and person survived after deadliest accident in maruti Swift. It depends on how we drive.
Ofcourse nothing is certain in life... It's just taking a probability... NCAP give more probability to survive...

Three free service i have done
It feels like going to the head masters room in school after getting caught for mischief.
The service center people are blaming me for bad roads and putting shell petrol and also for adding Nitrogen in tires . They keep accusing me of doing things that a car should do. And has steering hard problem and AMT is 💩 . I totally regret buying TATA car. Writing this to make awareness.
I bought TATA car for showing patriotism but they showed me who they are.
If you want peace of mind.
PLEASE AVOID TATA CARS
Add footrest to easy in & out it's not an issue .

Wheel alignment is not the permanent fix in my case. After wheel alignment problem solved at 110kmph but it's still there when I cross 125kmph
Wheel balancing and alignment necessary, not alignment alone. Most of the time the wheel balancing solves the vibration issue.

Yes. You can get it in highways if you allow lorry and local buses to overtake you.
I get milage upto 18-19.5 kmpl...when I drive in eco mode and maintain speed 80-100 kmph... when I drive upto 120 kmph I get 17-18 kmpl milage...
In city mode when I maintain 80-100 kmph..I get upto 18 kmpl

@@pradeepkumar341 i did the wrapping at Leo car accessories, mount road. I am facing following issues in my car
- high speed vibration (@125kmph)
- hard steering
- some times infotainment system automatically disconnecting from phone.
- reverse gear transmission is not proper/smooth sometimes.
Otherwise car is very spacious and comfortable, good response from steering, sharp braking. I am satisfied with my tata Nexon.
