I thought the RNA primers are cleaved by the 5'-3' exonuclease activity in DNA Polymerase I? 4:47
Please fix the audio around 1:15. I don't understand what the proteins are releasing.
The helicase loader is released from the molecule, but the helicase ring remains and thus is able to perform its function in untwisting the strands of the double helix.
