Love seeing all the tweakers
Even better when the tweaker brags about coming all the time
@@MrSalty-eg4zb especially to the competitors down the street for 15 years lmao
People bring in the weirdest stuff. I can't stop watching these videos.
Going through your failures at the end of the video is super interesting. I like seeing the type of stuff that doesn't get sold as much as I like seeing the weird stuff people bring in.
Dude needed his fix. They way y’all handle all kinds of
People are impressive.. I’m shocked you didn’t ask that guy to see his purchase receipt
Hey Pete, I actually love the longer videos and longer formats per video. Thats just my personal liking as a fan.
me 2 love from england
Same here. I just play games on my computer while this plays in the background.
God bless you
gotta love the tweekers and their mannerisms
The handmade stuff is very cool, that guy is very talented!
Wrong time of year for you buying a chipper but could be a good time of year for the customer to get a good deal on one is another way to look at it and everyone is happy
that guy with the speakers is a tweeker you can see it !
You don't have to pay for shipping back to Amazon. I've sent things back to Amazon tonnes of times, and it's always been free.
Same here. I take it to Whole Foods and get credited immediately. I guarantee he swiped it from somebody.
Depends who on amazon u buy it from, i had to pay 15 bucks to send back a 30 dollar part I bought when it was defective. But in this sitution im willing to bet he wasnt able to return this lol
He just needed money for......................
I’m surprised he made a deal with that guy, lot of red flags
@@Nosfeastthe haircut says it all.
That is a percussion instrument called a woodblock. The slit in it is used to move air and resonate sound.
wow lmao i would of never knowns what a great comment
Those axes look phenomenal, never saw one in silver before
16:31 the way he looked at his wife after “that’s exactly what that is” 😂
Go to the flea market in the spring take everything you're not selling 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥
"That's not a wrench. This is a wrench!"
What a beauty.
I agree with you Pete👍 across the pond our goodwill shops (charity shops) prices are now ridiculous! They seem to just put all the good stuff online now.
The Goodwills around here have been garbage for many years. Anything decent that doesn't get put online gets snapped up by resellers immediately. The only purpose it serves now is as a place to dump your unwanted items.
That’s why I don’t donate to goodwill anymore. They get it free then charge such high prices and the CEO makes a 6 figure income. Then again the people that work there make peanuts
@@dianedobson1104Goodwill is very large. I am not surprised the CEO makes six figures. I do belive they are a charity (non-profit)and a lot of that money also goes to those different causes.
@@dianedobson1104 mid 6 figure income
@@donshields2379I always wondered if Goodwill was a charity, and, if so, who actually benefits from the sales. I'm going to have to research it to satisfy my curiosity. 😄
Just started watching your channel and its my all time favorite, keep them coming!!!!! Cheers
I think you should dedicate part of your space as a prop rental company - plays, shows, weddings or other events.... You have to be so careful with antiques now. Maybe a prop section will get you some money back... I am glad you finally got a postcard that helped you explain why they send you postcards... I might send you one, but I don't need time in your cabin as I live in Canada... BTW when I die I am coming back as the "shop cat" and I will be well taken care of.........😂
Damn Peter. Trying to sell a Bud Light mirror in this day and age is gonna be rough. 🤣
Get Dylan to sign it 😂 And the marketing exec too
It’s valuable in San Francisco 😂
Yeah he should throw it in the garbage.
No it's not. There's not much more American than Bud light. Even Dana White has just taken them on as a sponsor for the UFC
@@lauralishes1 everyone has their own opinion I sopose
I love your show Pete. I'm addicted to watching it lol wayy better than anything on network television
True story there.
That first client shows how much of a gentleman that Pete is.
The older gentleman with the weapons is the coolest man in the world no doubt
I remember those Jurassic Park watches from BK that's crazy
I couldn't deal with the tweakers!
Boom-ba; The wooden box on the side with the slit in it, is a rhythm block. Hit it with wooden stick. The Stumpf fiddle became a percussion instrument, beaten with a stick and stamped on the ground to shake attached wrattles, bells and cymbals. The instrument may have a string, or not. It is also called Devil's stick, pogo cello, boom-ba, boom bass, hum strum, devil's violin, teufel stick.
Hey Peter,it's always a pleasure to watch another video of yours! God bless you and your Family, keep up the great work!
Hey! Otto worked! I forgot to click thumbs up until I saw him. Thanks Otto the Otter!
The look the husband gave the wife @ 15:01 was funny
I was looking for this comment
I was so confused about the whole post card thing at the end of your videos. Now I understand. I found your channel when you were around 100 something post cards so I missed it.
I stumbled across your youtube 3 days ago and this is all i'm watching. Thank you so much for the videos !!!
Those handmade knives are awesome.
Prop rentals is a very lucrative business
Man this channel is great. Thank you for being here.
That slot on the instrument is just a sound hole. It makes the wood block ring out louder when hit with a mallet or drumstick.
Couldn’t sell it for 300$. Some yahoo says make it 600$. I say 20,000$!!
Amy, this is exactly what Sid does (about 27 minute mark). Customers love him.
My pleasure to hit the thumbs up button OTTO. Think buddies tails about the fish is amusing. If he is catching fish near the power plant and eating them that may explain his over zealous behaviour.👍👍🇨🇦
those axes would look seriously cool on the walls of your cabin when it is finished Pete, thanks for the video
The Axes and the Pipe-Wrench look like they’re Chromed.
9:49 kitty aeroplane ears
Love the tweaker at 25:33
Love your videos peter.hunny.and the parrots.thanks..thumbs up .
I would totally buy that Jurassic world watch! My 3 year old son loves dinosaurs 🦕
We’re about to watch this episode! Can’t wait! Pete’s the best!
My PopPop made one of those gaget instrument,we were entertained for years! He used to sing a song he called Whoop de doo! Big flood in tge early 70s wiped out everything! But I still have thoses wonderful memories! ❤❤❤
Happy Sunday morning with a new CLH video!
The part with the otter was so hilarious 🤣 😂
I really enjoy your videos; my wife is now hooked on them.
Amazon does pay return shipping. Or you can return it to a Amazon return kiosk at participating retailers.
Those axes are immaculate
I use fiskars but would absolutely hang that on my wall..
I looked at your sites. Everything seems on the high end of retail. I enjoy your videos!
Do a video of the longest sitting stuff around the shop!
Literally what he does in this video….
29:36 could be what you'll say about the cane in 10 years !
Thanks for all the videos! Always interesting!!
You can do good business with hiring out vintage furniture, lamps, phones, mirrors and other stuff to film and theatres. But that would take a whole nother warehouse . One near to me in Boston. (The original Boston here in England) has a place which has vintage fridges, washing machines, cookers, furniture and more, all for hire to the film and theatre businesses and the do good business too.
That wheelchair could make a very cool Halloween display
Loved the couple with the handmade stuff
I love that wheelchair saw it in one of your previous videos when you were walking around
Thanks for mentioning the Bud light I have always seen it and wondered
doesnt wanna return to amazon when it would have taken the same amount of time to return it than it would be to bring it and lose money 😂
Dude was telling all kinds of tall tales. I was waiting for him to bring up magic beans and a beanstalk.
Can’t return stolen items.. desperate dope fiends..
Ima be honest your videos are so entertaining and I love that your always so positive even on a bad day 🙏
The woman in the red coat is really pretty! Beautiful smile.
For some reason she was really vibing on "fish story" guy.
I was vibing on her, super cute.
@@subzeromjc Yeah, I couldn’t figure that out either. Nothing about that gentleman was attractive, but she was literally eyeing him up and down. But she and Pete shared a couple looks like “get a load of this guy,” so I’m going with she was just taking in the spectacle and being polite. Because if a girl like that is interested in a dude like that, I’m gonna need to rethink some things on a profound level...
I knew I wasn’t the only one that saw that
Love your XXXX Larger mirror on the wall toward the end of the clip. Popular generic beer in a small part of Australia (Queensland) but the rest of us wont touch it ! .. How long will it take to sell is what your Aussie watchers want to know ... Love ya Stream !
I liked the review of the nonsellables!!
Happy New Year Peter…!!! From Kentucky…
😊 awesome fishing story!
Hello Pete and friends, Just wanted to say this is one of my all time favorite youtube channels. Between this and Nononsenseknowhow my life is complete and I learn many things.. Maybe one day I can visit from CNY, I've been wanting to go for a nice long bike ride.
People think you are an Antique buyer/dealer........ The next time I'm near Chicago.....I'll stop by.
He kinda is
The slot in the wood block (tamborine instrument) might be for inserting a saw to play.
love the videos and I love how you show some stuff that has been sitting id love if you add that in some videos or do a whole video going over some things that have not done so well and the story of them.
Awesome video. I loved the section at the end where you showed off bad buys.
Love your channel Pete!
The watch was scam, he couldn't get out of the store any quicker when you told him it was a fake.
🍀👍🍀😊where’s “OTTO”?😂
16:20 Poor guy. Probably in the dog house after opening those Ted Brike cards, lol!
The guy in the yellow with the tales at the end was a real character...
Hi Otto! Love from Kentucky
Definitely a thumbs up for OTTO 😂
I have all those burger king Jurassic watching 😂😂those axes are so beautiful ❤️ 🪓 would of loved those Adult playing cards 😭😭😩
30:00 the thing with the slot is a woodblock, it's an instrument
Not bad 100 for axes and wrench you will get big money for that.
Catching fish at the nuclear power plant's cooling lake? Plutonium flavored.
Yeah, but they're BIG ;-)
@@heathentown- 2 mile walk doe…
Down here in Florida, all the manatees spend their winter near the nuclear power plant because the water is warmer
Good fishing especially in colder weather because on average they’re 15-20degrees warmer than other lakes.. Causes largemouth to spawn really early in the season.. sight fishing in January is a good time..
love watching
Thank you great video.
Pete there are some items that you buy that I would love for you to give a closer shot of sometime it’s hard to see what you actually purchased but other than that great videos I really enjoy.
Hello, Watching from Paniqui, tarlac, Philippines! love the show!
I play this game where I guess what offer Pete will give them and more times I’m right on the money. after watching for so long it’s like I’ve learned his judgment on items’ market value
Pete on the Bose solo speakers you can program them to work with the cable or TV remote I had a few and even I had the remotes I just used my cable one.
Thank you.
You missed it Pete. The restoring artist DID mention that he had more things in his truck, but I believe you were discussing something with his wife at the time. And he didn’t mention it again, so it was probably forgotten.
Hey there, could you show your typewriters typing onto paper , more for the action than the ribbon ink. Thanks ❤
Hey Pete, To shed some light on your musical stick:
The block with the slit is a gock block, hit it on the flat side and it will resonate a sound.
Also it looks like there is a hook on there for you to hang a cowbell.
Looking forward to hearing your new band!
😂love Otto please keep it up that made my day .love the vids brotha
That stop playing with the horn looks like the thing from Coneheads the movie how to face the monster
Glad they were able to come to a deal on at least the cane type item. As Pete said it's hard to find middle ground here when the creator has sentimental value that won't translate to any buyer, and that gets in the way of his being able to make a profit. Cool items though!
Peter, the “slot” piece on the strange, made in ohio instrument you don’t know why you bought looks like a woodblock! It’s a piece of auxiliary percussion that you hit with a mallet, if I’m not mistaken! Cheers!
That instrument with symbols on tob the rectangle pc is like a drum hit in with a drum stick its like a cow bell
Thumbs up for Otto.
I literally paused and gave the video a thumbs up he's doing good work
Peter ,you should sell T-shirt with WELL ,WHAT DO YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS printed on them.
Ya know what I mean?
😂
Excellent idea❤
"How my gunna make any money"
Meat on da bone
What were you expecting to get.
that subwoofer was HOT AS FIRE pete.
I love the videos Peter you guys are great
Great video today
