    Wonder how easy it'll be to access the belt when you put in aftermarket Bench seat and straps? It was such a headache to remove my seats in my old 16 Turbo due to the 3" Pro Armor straps n seats I had.

  • @motorcyclestig8539
    @motorcyclestig8539 2 года назад

    Just pre-ordered a pro r ultimate and can't wait to get it and rip but one thing I'm bummed about is the access to the belt. They said it's better but still if you break a belt in the middle of the desert that means I have to gut the interior in the middle of nowhere to change it. Other than that I had a pre order for a can am x3 rc 72" and changed my order when I saw this thing in person. It made the can am and other polaris models look small and less superior. Great vid.

    Everything about this is great except for one thing... Where the belt box is. Not ideal if your in the middle of a race and need to change out a belt but have to pull half the interior apart just to get to it. Best in the desert races require the seats to be bolted down during a race. Another huge obstacle for anyone wanting to run one of these in a class.

    Always been a big fan of the shock therapy videos, they are raw, manufacturer agnostic, and they usually give off the vibe that shock therapy isn’t afraid to ruffle any manufacturers feathers . This video was incredibly uncharacteristic of shock therapy, it oozed corporate marketing language, spec-sheet technical characteristics and performance claims that can’t be backed up by driver experience in non pre-production units. We subscribe to the ST channel to hear about the things we can’t read on Polaris’s website. Don’t get me wrong, I am confident this is an amazing UTV. I’m just not sure ST deserves my money when Polaris is giving them plenty.

      @@ShockTherapyllc the premium pro r is just about $10,000 more than my 2021 turbo s premium was. Now that I've had dynamix fox suspension im not sure i can ever go back. Its so amazing compared to what I've driven before. I would pull the trigger and order one but my payment would go up and my extra beadlock wheels for my turbo s won't fit on the pro r.... that actually is the deal breaker for me. I lost a lot of money moving from my yamaha into the turbo s and that was just last February. I am really excited about the upgrades and that 4 cylinder motor. I could save money sticking to the less expensive machine on walker Evans shocks... oh, cant forget the ride command system. I love that gps in there! We use a tablet with avenza maps for our club rides and the ride comand is a backup in case the tablet dies. I feel really safe with the GPS in there. Night time on the dunes I never worry about what direction to home? So, I couldnt go back there either. No turbo would be less electrical connections to fail and less moving parts to fail. I just need to pull the trigger on this..

Ive been gravitating towards KRX with its beadlock wheels and 31"carnivores and clearance and bigger a-arms etc, yet they havent changed in 4 years (not even dealing with known issues (connection points being the weak spot. I am amazed that with the cost of these things that ; 1. they dont have truck style transmissions and diffs.2. the bumpers and winches are extras. 3. I will wait for time to point out any issues if they arise before I race one. Two, there is a class for this UTV but no body to race against. Until there is competition for it and a full class of killer teams I will stay in Pro Turbo where we can race against the best.

      yeah okay. Don't be a fan-boy, tell it like it is. PoPo is filling the gaps of the past, this is legit & there is no comparison to the X3, tons of reviews to back that up.

      @@todda2026 agreed. No comparison to x3. 1 two 3, at koh, 2 yrs in a row back that up! This poo looks to be engineered on a diff lvl then past rzrs. Ill give yas that!

      Can am’s are turbos. This Polaris is not. They won’t race in the same class and if they did I guarantee someone will turbo the Polaris and it’ll come down to who has the better suspension and driving ability. You can’t predict anything at this point.

    Like everything else in this world that’s fun. Keep adding more and more and raise the price so much you need a 7 year loan to afford it. Ahhhh the system

      Since this is just an 'unboxing' first look video, what do you see as a negative? Every change I can see is positive in the new model.

    Wonderful data and production. In addition, the writing is very pro. The color of that Pro R is beyond David Lee Roth (1984) ugly.

      The writing was done by the poo marketing team.. right down to repeatedly mentioning the "3 pillars" 100% marketing BS
