    White flour 250g
    Scraped coconut -1
    Jaggary 250g
    Sugar 100g
    Coconut milk 1cup
    Ginger Preserved 60g
    Cashewnuts 100g
    Sultanas 100g
    Butter 30g
    Salt to taste
    Baking powder 1tsp
    Cardamom,cinnamon and cloves powdered - 1tsp
