Thankyou for sharing very useful inputs.. lot of other doctors and websites suggest to have Brazil nuts as they are rich in selenium but as per ypur diet it says to avoid, also they advised to eat brown rice and avoid millets.. please share your thoughts on it . Its very confusing to decide on how to make dietary changes.
