Jaggery 300g
Second extraction of coconut milk 2c
Ghee 2 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4tsp
Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
First extraction of milk 1c
Coconut chips 4 tbsp

Ma´am can be used canned coconut milk the thin part or vegetal liquid coconut milk, i have seen rarely in Spanish supermarkets thenga kashnam coconut pieces, im making for Onam for first time dishes from Sadhya daily , thanks for uplifting people with your videos encouraging to learn Kerala recipes. Should i use plantain raw banana or the normal one for dessert.? Regards from Spain 🥰🥰😃😃😃 In Europe we don´t use to make coconut extract that is why asked about replace the onnapalu randupalu for the canned one if is possible. 🙏🙏🙏
You can use tinned milk. Use diluted milk for second and third extractions. Thick milk for Onnam paal
