Cool to hear the thought behind it. Can't wait for the album!
The first time I heard "Good News" I felt like the song was 18 minutes long and was exposing all of my inner fears like a gut punch, and having just listened to "light years" which is also emotional acupuncture, then Julien Baker walks out and is super tight with Matt... I don't know if I'm awe struck or terrified. I still got myyyy...fear.
That last question got me laughing! I did wonder that same thing from time to time.

Is it me or Mike and Matt are kinda off from each other...
tbh I would like to be consistent and be absolutely offended that Matt told Julien where to sit but tbh Matt has always demonstrated that he's most likely an ally and I know Bryce has also demonstrated he's an ally and also wouldn't let that fly at all tbh Matt also mentions they have known Julien for a while and it most likely is Matt really wanting that seat and not telling her where to sit
