Your a good man Jack! God bless you. I hope to visit your restaurant some day. You cook like a good blues musician plays guitar...with your heart and sole.
Good for You Brendan!! YAY YAY YAy!! Keep the Great Work up!! You can do it!! God Bless You!! Keep The Faith! Daddy J I can see You are His Mentor and I know he's going to knock it out of the Park!! Great Job!!
If you go to New Orleans, you will learn Creole cuisine, but not Cajun Cooking! Its great to See Daddy Jack spreading his cooking skills. Thats skills that can not be bought! Wish you the best !
Awsome to see him folling his dads footsteps awsome to see daddy jack cooking with him too. Love the vids been watching for a long time now from the old restaurant to the new keep on keepin on daddy jack. Im a cook myself and just cant get enough of this world of cookin!!!!!!!!!!

Im going to add maybe some mushrooms or artichoke hearts. I was a line cook at Couerdalene resort in Idaho in the early 90's. They put that in there's. I left the restaurant business then, but I cooking at home for people is awsome. I watch cooking videos all the time for ideas. Love you bro
I worked at the Couerdalane resort. That's in Northern Idaho. The Chimney. A tourist area. It's beautiful. I have been in Sun Valley too. Nothing like the Rockies. The picatta is awesome. Making again tonight after the football games. Be healthy.
(takes butter out of the pan)... this is some fucked up moderation! You're a good man, Jack... give a young lad a pan fried chicken breast and you will feed him for a day... teach him to cook it and maybe he'll do himself justice on a reality TV show.
Jack, you have to teach him to cut and eat without changing hands so they won't tease him in culinary school. I remember the days. Best wishes in his schooling! To Cool! I also like that he wears his uniform with obvious pride.
I wonder how Brendan is doing today? I bet he misses Jack as much as we do. I hope he pursued his career choice and is still working on becoming a chef. Good luck to you Breandan.
Good Luck Brendan. Back in the early Seventies I spent some time north of the CIA. Check out the old hotel in Rhinebeck...if it's still there? See the World and learn. Daddy reminds me of the Jerry Garcia of cooking.
The food looks lovely and Jack and Brendan seem like great guys - but I have to ask; why on earth do (some) Americans get taught that bizarre/convoluted way of cutting up their food then switching the cutlery around? Why on earth would you eat like that?
Brendan have Daddy Jack go over all his sauce reductions like Marsala et al. He’s awesome at it, and who doesn’t like Marsala or any other wine reduction with everything 😁
After a couple of years of following Jack here on RUclips, my wife and I along with a couple of friends made the hour long trip to New London and dined at Daddy Jack's. This is fine and reasonably priced dining my friends. The food (seafood for all of us) was beautifully prepared and presented. The service was attentive and unpretentiousness. The bottom line is that the experience far exceeded my expectations. We'll be back. Go Brendan!
Cooking with the Blues Hi Jack. We came in from Bolton and struck up a conversation with you as you were walking into your restaurant. Thanks again for a great dining experience. Jim

Love your generosity of spirit Daddy Jack, always championing other people and putting them first, not to mention keeping them well fed at the same time. Respect to you Sir! 👍🏼👌🏼
I forget how many videos Jack created because even after his passing I'm still finding new videos popping up in my feed. Thank you Jack, RIP.

Daddy Jack is a good man! I’ll be making a trip to your restaurant this summer
I want to see Brendan cook something for Jack!
Daddy Jack: "What's missing?" Brendan: "Green onions." The kid knows Daddy Jack well.

Seems like a good kid, Jack. Nice of you to support him and recognize him the way you are.
