    For those who don't know, this was not originally audible 'sound' as sound doesn't travel in space. Speed doesn't matter either since it is space there is nothing to make the sound on the craft itself. These are recordings from a sensor(can't remember which one but I think for some kind of radio wave) modified and turned into sound.

      Delta Mage In case you were addressing me . . . I've worked on projects involving 24 different spacecraft investigating every planet except Mercury and have lived on a planet orbiting a star my entire life. :-)

      There is, but because space is a virtual vacuum with terminal chill factor, you can't hear, but with the sensors, they can bring them back up to us.

      MatthiasDuyck if speed doesn't matter then how do you explain " 340.29 m / s or
      299 792 458 m / s
      ?

    Spellbinding,now I know why Jimi Hendrix had a sounds of the planets record...trance inducing....very cool

    Wow this really sounds like music. Hearing many things you would hear during psy trance... Very meditative.

    I don't understand why people think this is creepy and scary. I listened to all of them and found it so fascinating to listen to. I had a feeling most people would jump to conclusion, that these wouldn't be real sound. What do we know? Our ancestors used to think the world was flat. Anyways, while listing to the sounds. A weird thought popped in my head. What if this is like how the planets communicate with each other, or sing to each other. Something like that. I know it sounds crazy but just a thought. And we act like we know so much about our solar system but we don't know everything, they might just be sound bytes, but defiantly worth listing too I think and to keep an open mind.

      People scare me a lot too. The funny thing is that this kind of people aren't only dumb, but they are in a large amount as well Oo

      Interesting thoughts there. But interplanetary "communication" must be by gravitation, as the distances are too long for any magnetic interaction. But... the gravitational influences of other planets on Earth for example is a lot bigger than one would think" I have done a few simple calculations (and anyone can follow up) and the gravitational forces are surprisingly large. Made me reconsider some kind of modern/scientific form of "astrology" of sorts. Try to dive in, its not that hard and the results are really thought-provoking...

    These are sensor readings from the magnetic sensor converted to an audible format. This is the magnetic field of Saturn's rings in action.

    In just an opinion, I DO believe this is actual sounds. Edited. You have to consider how close the Voyager was to these planets. If you move something so fast, there will be a sound to it. The bigger the object, the deeper the sound. The debris that makes up Saturns rings are no doubt flying around at a high rate of speed. Think about that.

  • @NoLoveDeepWebbb

    Those are frequences converted in sound... because obiusly there's no air or medium to transport sound in the space... the sound needs a medium to be heard... this are frequences made sounds

    As Mr. Spock would say, fascinating..

  • @PhiloBalini

    I believe it's to do with electrons and their effects on radiation fields - look at things like Auroral Kilometric Radiation (AKR), ESAs Cluster WBD (Wide Band Data) etc. but sound cannot travel through the void. There are plenty of other signals on all frequencies on all spectra though. Signals need converting to audible sound for us to interpret.

    • @mojo9o
      @mojo9o 10 лет назад

      If you are right, we will wait until our mongers fully take our consciences down before NASA truly brings us a high quality recording of the actual motherfucking noises. Then, sell it like secret shit cocaine from a government lab with scientists who know the world's greatest mixing shit. In other words, that means I will never ever get to hear it.

    • @PhiloBalini
      @PhiloBalini 10 лет назад

      ***** It can be called a void as far as audible sound is concerned - there are a lot of things in it like dust, ice crystals and hydrogen molecules etc. I use the term as it describes it well enough, there isn't enough for sound waves to bounce off and cause "sound" as we know it in our Earth atmosphere. 'Interplanetary space' may describe it better...

    • @Space-Audio
      @Space-Audio 10 лет назад

      Although this sample is mostly human-generated, there is authentic "space audio" from plasma wave measurements. (I'll give you one guess as to where you might find some.) What are plasma waves and why do we call them "space audio"? Search for the video titled "What Space Sounds Like - ACOUSTICS" for a simple introduction.

    • @Daraplzmusic
      @Daraplzmusic 8 лет назад +4

      electro magnetic vibrations

    •  7 лет назад

      I wonder where these electronic waves come from. Maybe it's a magnetic field. Sounds like spaceships traveling. LOL. But well... It's just wind that pics up a few electrons and carries them around faster and slower again and that produces some random noisy sound. It's physics and it doesn't open any door to any world anywhere else

    • @SableAradia1
      @SableAradia1 8 лет назад

      This is the sound of Saturn's rings. So I guess they're recording a different part?

    • @sarahdee6396
      @sarahdee6396 7 лет назад

      scorer scorer Saturns rings are like a guitar string, therefore yes it changes sound 🔊 by different electromagnetic frequencies at that time.
