Oysters Rockefeller Recipe

Ingredients:
6 oysters (thoroughly scrubbed and washed)
3 cups of roughly chopped spinach
2 1/2 tbsp of butter (reserve 1/2 tbsp to mix with bread crumb)
1/2 tbsp of chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp of chopped shallots
1 tbsp of panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp of parmesean cheese
