Mary Jane, not sure what you want from you channel. keep doing your khmer coking and recipes and khmer/mixed family life. Noodle review is not the way to go

Nice roast! I like to sear mines using a Cast Iron pan. Also I use beef bone broth to make more gravy. I use a little mustard seed in my seasoning with half a tablespoon of honey. It's good to switch it up. Only rule with a roast beef is don't overcook it!

I usually don't add garlic. It stays fresh longer in the refrigerator that way.

The spiciest ramen I've eaten was the Daebak ghost pepper ramen. This ramen 🍜 looks pretty spicy seeing how the broth is reddish in color.🔥🌶️ I'm impressed, you can handle your spice.🥵🌶️🔥
