Have tried the same with Kärcher Steam cleaner and it works quite well. Places like kitchen, living room, corridor and bathroom floors require grout cleaning.
Just a little slow...As a professional tile and grout cleaning service, I can effectively clean and seal up to 1500 square feet in less than 1.5 hours setup to breakdown...This tool is great for smaller areas like shower stalls and anything less than 50SF...Best of luck!
Even if it was 1500 sqft open it would be impossible to clean and seal in under 1.5 hours simply because you need to let it dry for at least 24 hours to ensure no water is in the grout before you seal it. If you could, Im sure I would have heard of you because your invention would be all the rage in the industry.
great vid justin! i sub'sd. what walmart steamer can you recommend me buying, i cant afford that industrial steamer? also, did you apply solution to the water or the grout before you did it? thank you
That looks like a dog and pony show.....and labor intensive. There are cleaning solutions that work so good on grout, you can literally apply, 5-10 dwell time, rinse and extract. I would only use steam for showers.
Nonsense. If your grout is embedded with dirt, oils and mildew, THIS will NOT work. It will however disinfect your floor IF you leave the steam on spots for at least 10 seconds. So, bottom line, you can clean your tile with steam, but you cannot remove the stains embedded in the grout. For that you will need something with an acid solution which not only cleans, but also removes mildew, oil and stains. Then, after letting it dry thoroughly you need to either reseal or use a colorant/stain to restore and brighten color of grout.

Michael Marcus what would it cost to clean a house that size?
@@shabutir1820 BRAVO!!! That shut him up!!
@@shabutir1820 My thoughts exactly!
It depends on the dimension of the tiles too to be honest. Mine are 90cm x 180 cm so it's not to so bad haha
that really works well. seems steam clean is the way to go. thx.
do you know if you mop it up afterwards the dirt will fall back into the grout and you would be back to square one

The dirt in the grout is fresh because dirt that has been in grout for a long time its almost impossible to get out!

I like to the the psi on this machine. Some aren't even strong enough.

Never use acid solution on grout.
This dude is literally looking at a video of grout being steam cleaned and then denying it can be steam cleaned. Some people can't be helped.
@@sidescrollin I have embedded dirty and let me tell you the steam clouds were endless but the dirty is still there
@@sidescrollin Plus acid is the worst thing to use as it will etch your floor. Acid does not clean. Melvin is obviously clueless if not dangerous.
@@sandmandave2008 in this case what would you recommend for a pre spray? a chemical to help loosen up the dirt?
Vinegar and a toothbrush can do the same thing.
Not this fast
What type of unit is that?
?????
