    Real Super Sport, 138 in the vin verifies that. Not pristine but a solid good looking SS with desirable power steering, power disc brakes and a 4-speed!
    EXTERIOR: The Marina blue is the most popular color on a 67 Chevelle. No ugly vinyl top either. This is not a pristine restoration but it sure looks good. The paint has a very glossy clear coat finish. All of the chrome and trim is either new or real nice. In front the grill, bumpers and moldings are bright and straight. New bowtie mirrors, door handles and emblems on the sides. The stainless trim around the windows is straight and shiny. Has factory rear mount antenna. In back the trim is all new- bumper, tail lights and moldings. Windshield is new. Weatherstrips, fuzzy window seals and vent window rubber was replaced. The 15 inch rally wheels were given some bling, they are chrome plated. Has BFGoodrich tires.
    INTERIOR: It is a factory bucket seat, console car. Seats have been restuffed. New upholstery, door panels, carpets and headliner. Has GM seat belts front and back. Dash area is good original, not beat up but also not sparkly new. There is a gauge cluster below the dash and a mini tachometer on the column.
    ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood is a strong running big block. Not the vin # match motor but it is a correct Chevelle 396-325 hp. The hp is probably closer to 375 now. Has a hotter cam, Chevy bowtie aluminum intake, big dual feed Holley carb with electric choke, electronic HEI ignition and a set of headers. The motor looks fresh, has a clean coat of Chevy orange. New fuel pump, chrome valve covers and air cleaner. Ot features power steering and power brakes. New cadmium plated brake booster, new master and lines. The radiator looks new and oversized, new shroud. Washer bottle is hooked to the squirters. Firewall, jambs and bottom of the hood are painted blue. Has hood insulation and gray hinges.

    I went to buy this car from the dealer in 1967. On the way to the bank and dealer, I found out that I didn’t qualify for a deferment as a part time college student. When I got out of the Navy , long gone, but the dream continues. It still looks so good

    Dang man, I have had a couple different old muscle cars as my favorite over the years, but until recently I had never seen a 66 or 67 Chevelle. Don't know how, but I didn't. But this 67 is probably the most beau9car my eyes have ever seen. Holy shit that is gorgeous. Can't wait until I have one. Love the chrome rims and the color is magnificent.

    My fav Chevelle is the 70 SS396 but the other yrs I love are the 66, 67 and 69. I hate the 68 tail lights. I own a 70 Z28 which I bought in 1981.

    I never figured out why people keep revving the engine. Just point the tailpipes towards the microphone and let it idle that's where the real music is.

    • @VoloMuseumAutoSales

      He revs it at the start & end but there is plenty of idle exhaust sound.

    Why do you all refer to it as a ' MOTOR " ? iT'S A FREAKIN' engine. A motor is an electric, a motor is combustible. Always drives me crazy. Just Sayin'.

    • @VoloMuseumAutoSales
      @VoloMuseumAutoSales  4 года назад

      By definition, using motor is acceptable term. A motor is not exclusively electric.
