To me Jin and Afro would have been a closer fight. They tried to keep this fight to even but in my opinion, Afro would have owned Mugen because of his recklessness. Plus only the one holding the number 2 headband could defeat the number 1 headband.
In fairness, Mugen was caught off-guard and fell into their trap. He didn't get around to fighting back. Still, not something to be proud to admit nor is nice to disrespect your (accidental) rescuer.

Because Mugen, to me, seems like someone who sees death as just another destination and fighting stronger opponents as entertainment. But i think Mugen Should be Smiling while fighting, (with Extreme Closeups, to show the intensity and enjoyment in his expressions.

I love how much attention was spent on accurately duplicating both of their fighting styles. Definite props to your choreographer and the 2 actors for managing to pull that off. Especially for Mugen's fighting style, that style is NOT easy to pull off, kinda a mixture of sword fighting, capoeira, and break dancing. And some of those moves Afro Samurai pulls off are pretty insane as well. Though I do wonder if that ninja friend/hallucination of Afro Samurai's will show up at some point....

I just want to be clear, I love everything about this. Just one very small nitpick. The Tsuba on Afro's sword very clearly swaps from the replica your using to the iaito your using. Should be an easy swap or make another one out of Popsicle sticks and color it grey. Again ,outstanding job folks.
Guys this live action is the best thing I've ever seen. Keep up the good work, i loved both Afro samurai and Samurai champloo and this live action reflects and mixes perfectly those two badass animes. Good work really.
This, legit, feels like an episode from both series. Between the filming of the fight choreography, sound effects, and music, this is a perfect homage! My favorite part though? When the DJ came out to provide a soundtrack for the upcoming battle. So good!
