the way i was meditating earlier trying to get in the presence of God and was internally talking to him and expressing the things that i deal with and think about daily and asked for guidance about all of these topics you guys talked about in this just shows how intentionally God is and him allowing me to find this video

I feel like when it comes to cooking, cleaning and taking care of the kids.. it is not a gender role, Both Man and woman should be able to those (learn if you can't) but obviously one gender will often be doing more of those than the other. But both genders SHOULD know how to do so. especially when your other half is sick or unavailable you are able to help.
