Blackhawk Farms 2024 Mark Amenda Majors B-Spec Contact

My Sunday race at the Mark Amenda Memorial Majors ends prematurely. In hindsight I should have continued. Since I did not, I didn't score points and I didn't get credit for the weekend. I can't attend an additional majors race in conference so I don't think I'll have my 3 weekends to qualify for the Runoffs. A Request for Action occurred but no official action was taken against the other driver - swept under the rug.

I think the way it's written is turn a wheel in any session of the weekend for credit, for participation part of runoffs qualification.

That's how I thought it was but a steward told me differently. I think the steward is wrong. I'm going to stick to my plan.

Also what the Mazda driver did on the front straight at the start was very suspect. He turned left into the other car for no reason. Almost like he was going to do a mini-pit maneuver on that other car. That action alone seems very odd and potentially dangerous. This was at the 2:23 mark. I've also seen video from another car trailing those two and the Mazda definitely veered left into the other car. It was not a case of the other car on the straightway veering to the right into him.
