My first time at black hawk farms. This is session 4. I felt ok so i pushed deeper on braking on turn 7. Well I went too deep. Opps. Thank you to GPSTRACKTIME.COM
A word of advise from someone who has been driving on track for 30+ years, when you know you are going off track don't try to save it. You would have done better by braking as hard as you could in a straight line and then gone off straight at the end. There's less to hit out there.
what kind of power does the car have? or do you know 0-60 and 1/4mi? I'm going to blackhawk farms in a week and curious if ill be able to hit triple digits, seems like your car just does just that.
i cant remember if I had the boost high or low but prob low bec I like to sand bag time to time. I would say lil over 320whp at that time. black hawk is super fun. I instruct there now. I wont be at that track day tho. let me know if you want tips.
+Supra king. I've only got a bit over 320 @ crank, and more weight... damn. I dont think im gonna push too hard until I'm comfortable, I cant afford to do go off like that.
+IamR3D88 what brakes are you running? i tried to late brake n got the end timing all wrong. it was ok. will you have an instructor or no? I have some friends that will be there and will prob give you tips if you want them.
+Supra king Brakes are stock, they are plenty on the street. If I plan on returning to the track, I'll get some 4 pistons at least. I want all advice I can get. I drive hard on the street, but i know I've got a lot to learn.
Been there done that at Blackhawk but mine was right before the carousel barrel rolled four times
Glad you are ok.
Glad you were ok bud!
A lesson that I needed to learn
@@Supraking7mb we all take a hit once in a while. I lost a rear wheel on turn one at Autobahn cc south course. Spun into the wall. Keep on racing bud!
