He's essentially saying the only law is his own way of thinking no matter what the LAW actually says. Sack his ass with a lifetime ban on possessing weapons of any kind.
Cop says "I don't care what the supreme Court says". This should be a firable statement. Complete and utter disregard for the law, he should not have a gun and especially a badge.
@Regular Guy you are lost man. Clearly any explanation will go right over your head so it's not worth the breath. Maybe you are one of those super smart but Don't understand social Normalities. Lol!!
No, I dont applaud any of them anymore. the only reason this sergeant shut down them harassing this citizen is because he was afraid of backlash. why has this sergeant failed to educate his officers?
That Sargent is a REAL cop. One of few. If police would actually study and keep current with the laws they are entrusted with to uphold and not go off personal opinion or agenda things would go so much better for us all.
No, that sergeant has just been around long enough to know a losing battle. he walked all the way from inside to save his deputy. if he truly were a "REAL cop", these officers would already know these laws as he does. he doesnt care about not harassing people, he only cares about not harassing ones with cameras.
Yah that was bs and I was even like really? Funny how you took a oath to uphold the laws, of your state & federal codes, along with what the constitution and Supreme Court say & rule out! That cop needs to go back for some more school time...
Glad you noticed that Dude. When I heard him say that, I thought "this is the problem these days with law enforcement". If he doesn't care what the Supreme Court rules, then that is someone that I do NOT want patrolling my streets.
Chris Thomson tis but a tradition on comment threads, much like holidays to humanity. While it's boring and overused, it will forever be engrained into the internet as the meme of memes when the reptilians take over.
@@DanIsAces i really think we have a problem with the current state of the police- but yes indeed, it feels like the guy who video taped this got a ego rush from this... not cool. Buuuuuut the cop was sketchy, no matter what.
The cop was only wrong at saying he was wrong..he wasn't wrong he was just following the suggestion of the Sgt. The Sgt didn't have to come out he was just avoiding paperwork from an escalation. He is very smart and cool.
The Sargent did the right thing. I just wish the guy behind the camera would have been more appreciative of the Sargent coming over to help clear things up.
Yes it is, but there's no need to be a dick about it when the sergeant was being very reasonable and nice. The drone op was clearly looking for confrontations like this, especially since he said it's happened several times before. The sergeant pretty much finished the confrontation but the drone op just had to try stiring it up a bit more because he wasn't getting the reaction he wanted. Happens almost every time in videos like this, makes it very hard to side with the public side when every time they're just being assholes who intentionally get into situations like this.
Amen Ben. The first guy it's a bit more understandable, but to the second guy he should have just said "Thank you" or something to that effect. That second cop was keeping the peace and doing the right thing, and op just couldn't leave well enough alone. I don't like the idea of big brother and all powerful government anymore than the next guy. But after Sarg tells you you're cool, why continue the hostility??? I agree that we as people need to hold law enforcement accountable for wrongdoing, which definitely happens. But that seems different than what this guy is doing. Like you said, he seems to be intentionally looking for a certain reaction.
I saw the original video and in it he said that he had previous bad encounters with this police department and he threatened to sue them, so the only reason the seargant responded in this manner was because of those previous encounters.
-Regular guy, I agree with you on the fact that the Sergeant shouldn't let his subordinate do this kind of thing. However, I think there wasn't a better response that we could see on camera from him. What happens off camera is whats important, for all we know the srg had a meltdown on that guy and scared him straight. Optimistic, i know but lets cut the srg some slack.
The Sergeant definitely did a stern "fuck off" to him in the most professional way possible to his underling, the way he immediatly walks away and even takes flak from the camera dick shows there's definitely more nuance going on here. Although I agree that sure the Sergeant could publically reprimend him infront of the camera, and it'd be cool, then this would be a sensation, he'd be a sensation, life would be a sensation, he just can't have all that senstationalism in his life. So he just took the easiest way out. Camera dick should have been a little less of an entitled brat to the Sergeant, but hey that's life in this day and age, the first cop really jimmy'd his ruffled chips, and more cops are doing the same in the past and even went as far as to get verbal confirmation that he was allowed to film there. So I guess he was just really pissed off at this point and was hot and in the moment. What we need is cop canniblism, a movie where a virus only infects cops and they start eating eachother and the good cops are left, and the bad cops are all zombies, and there's only like 3 good cops per station. And as the cop zombies burst from the glass windows of the station and attack the public, a vision from Buddah, Allah, and Jesus (in Boyband format) to all the surviving cops that they must save the world from the zombie cops from hell who are actually escaped demons from Satan's secret sex dungeon where he keeps the most perverted of the perverted and subjects them to the most G-rated softcore pornography for eternity, and then they break out of his sex dungeon, and they flee out of hell, and they go through a gateway which is guarded by Frank Serpico (Who went to hell on a technicality for being a "traitor" so instead of punishment was given the role of guarding one of the seven doors out/into hell) and this is why they get bad cops because they use Serpico's energy to go through the doorway and the world's police all over turn into zombies who eat because they haven't ate in years. I don't wanna say demon cop rapists are what they become, but they definitely are rapist demonic law enforcement. And it's up to 3 rookie cops with no time, no options, no shortage of bullets... This Christmas, take your family to see "No More Law In Hell"
Bahaha!! I loved that part! The sad thing is that he was serious. I agree with you, though. Kick his ignorant and arrogant ass out. He's part of the problem.
Because the Supreme Court has also ruled that you may not resist the lawful orders of a Police officer, even if they are wrong. They ruled that a court of law is the police to determine right/wrong, and not in the street (where citizens encounter officers). Therefore, when you refused to obey the lawful order of an officer, YOU are in violation of the law. IF (a big IF) the officer is also in violation (not just YOU THINK their in violation), then a COURT OF LAW will determine that, and issue appropriate sanctions. Either way, in some states, what he did is a crime. In all states, it's extremely rude. Toward good, hard working people.
What happens when a cop gets shut down by his superior officer for misconduct?" The cop takes his frustration out on another innocent person. The cycle continues.
Did anyone else notice the sargeant gave an unsolicited apology? Perhaps the nicest, most grounded peace officer I have observed in all the dozens of hours of these types of videos I've watched. It made my heart swell with happiness. More peace officers, and really, anybody, should demonstrate this kind of grace. Thank you, officer.
Its called being professional. Too bad there arent more like him. Problem is you got all these young cops trying to earn there stripes and abuse their new found power and its a problem.
Agreed. I am not saying that the guy flying the drone is right, because I do see the police point of view as well. But, to say who cares is contempt of the law. Governments makes laws, police enforce laws and the Supreme Court ensure that there is law and order. If we had no Supreme Court then there is only a totalitarian state. This cop is a dangerous breed.
Your comment is hilarious. (I would like people to know that I am not cop bashing - I just believe the comment that he made about the Supreme Court to be odious. It's analogous to going to a resturant for a meal and the waiter says to you, "I don't care what the price in the menu says.., you're paying 10 times that amount!"
Yea he's probably some SJW that just got done stoning a rape victim who is pregnant with her assailants child or fighting to put guns back in the arms of gangsters
I don't think that cop would have been less shrewd if the guy had committed an actual crime, but said he was unaware of the law. He would be told that ignorance of the law is no excuse. But the cop--who, by the way, said that he doesn't care what the Supreme Court or the Constitution says-was displaying his ignorance of the law. The ones who enforce the law have an obligation to know it.
What he said was actually very passive aggressive for someone that has already been in the same situation and expected someone like the Sargent to pass that info around.
A good cop will admit he was wrong regardless Los Pollos Hermanos you have no point of reference to say that's the only reason he did. Everyone makes mistakes and people somehow expect cops to know every law on the books which is ridiculous. Like the poster of this video that put in the description that the sergeant shut the officer down for misconduct which he didn't because the officer was not performing misconduct, he was simply performing his job based on his current knowledge of the law.
I get you but at the same time a good cop would not argue something based on what he thinks and your right they are not expected to know every law but this one is simple the guy is in public recording the Sargent did correct him and he walked away which was good there are many videos when the cop is wrong and the rest of the other cops know it's wrong but they back each other up so you are right it was cool that he admitted he was wrong. Now I wonder how he would have acted if the Sarge didn't come out and correct him how far would he have taken it? Who knows.
Jason Davis ++ Hey Jason, can you pull your lips off the douche bag cop slime bag your are blowing to listen? No one expects ignorant, scumbag, on the take criminals, otherwise known as cops, to know every law. It's just these closet pedophile, drunk, drug adled incompetent waste of air shitheads act as if they know all, doall, be all. I say, therefor, obey. Fuck you shitstain.
Angelbelle The unfortunate truth about law enforcement is, it only takes about 19-21 weeks of education, in the form of the police academy, before someone can be labeled an officer. They do undergo further training once they've graduated, in the form of a probationary period. Usually served alongside a veteran member of their force(who has undergone the same schooling). Conversely, Lawyers must aquire a bachelor's degree in the subject of their choosing and pass the LSAT before even making it into law school. That's if their undergrad GPA was good enough. Law school is usually three years, sometimes more depending on a person's preferred pacing. Tl;Dr It takes six months before they give you a gun and badge and tell you to enforce the laws it takes criminal defense attorneys can only practice after seven years. Haha.
People probably voted it down because these videos are people looking to piss off cops. Yes it’s legal for him to film outside a station, but that doesn’t make it any less suspicious. If I was a cop I would wonder why people are filming the station to.
@@tiger22059 you can "wonder" all you want, but you have no legal ground to demand answers or identification as long as no crime was/is being/about to be committed
@@ymac7245 I’m not saying they do have a right. I’m just saying these people are doing things that they know look suspicious and know will get cops to question them. Which is probably why people down voted it.
I guess he doesn't care about Miranda rights either since that was a Supreme Court decision. Just the kind of person you'd expect to be an officer of the law. :/
I latched on to that comment right away as well. Everybody in any type of law enforcement agency should be held accountable for blatantly disregarding a law/ruling decided upon by legislators
Joseph Garret- Well said sir. I agree 100% Unfortunately all over the USA there are police officers that are under-trained, forget what they have learned and give no effort to CONTINUING to learn the laws they swore to uphold. They're training is extremely limited due to fund and timing constraints. They have to "learn" on the job, so to speak for the most part..... and that doesn't work for me. If you wanted to do that at McDonalds or Walmart, that's fine.... but when we're talking about people that carry firearms and use lethal force, it become a whole different matter.
This is the problem in a nutshell,Police officers who don't know the LAW but are badge heavy. They assume their buddy's will back them up no matter what they do WRONG. A house divided can not stand.
D Underwood - And yes in Florida (Fort Myers) were I live they will also back up their officers. Also listen at this Nate Allen professional football player for Philadelphia Eagles Cops claimed a young girl said he tried to pick her up for prostitution. They arrested him and he told them that wasn't him. However, he got one of the best lawyers here. And they're ass was made to shame. Plus later the Chief was fired. www.news-press.com/story/news/local/fort-myers/2015/07/24/nate-allen-speaks-police-investigation-findings/30613085/ www.news-press.com/story/news/2015/07/31/internal-affairs-investigation-released-nate-allen-arrest/30955411/ Just go to Nate Allen Fort Myers fl arrest and read up on it.
John Burns so your on that lil pip squeeks side huh....u think flying drones around police stations is cool....i cant stand u lil bitches who try to egg on the cops....get a life
It's called "A free country" what out forefathers fought to keep and if you want to fly a drone then that is your right, you would rather live in a police state? It is on a fast slide that way because idiots like you would rather give in to cops and allow them to chip away at the simple freedoms instead of standing up for the rights provided to you but some great men and women? The second this cop said "I don't care about the supreme court" he should lose his job, instantly no if and's butts or or's. In the constitution it clearly states that "an acting officer can not uphold the laws if he does not know the laws", this cop should be removed and sent straight back to the academy to be trained as he does not know the law, hard to tell others they breaking the law when he has no idea what the law is.
bud barker Alright. Im not on either side, but what if he was flying a kite outside the station? Sure, it's dumb, but he can do it, although the kite may be prone to the nearby powerlines haha
Ridiculous as say... harassing a citizen unlawfully and acting like they are committing a crime when you clearly don't even know the law properly yourself?
Furio Solorzano yes, and he pretty much violated his oath to protect the constitution. Some cops don't realize that We The People have just as many rights as they do.
A lot of people don't care what the supreme court says, but cops can't, that's literally his job lol, that's like saying I don't care about the ball when you're an NBA player lol...his job is literally to uphold the law.
Pretentious Navel-Gazing yep. 2:07 he said don't worry about it I'll put charges on you some other day. Wow. I don't care what the Supreme Court ruled??? His eyes shout to me he's high or under the influence actually.
+Tommy Nickels and on what source did you get that information? Are you a cop? Have you gone around the country asking every officer their knowledge of the people's rights? Is it just that you only watch RUclips videos of bad cops? Also there is nothing in the Constitution about flying drones, and with all the crazy things happening around the world, it is a little weird someone flying one around a police station. I wouldn't have blocked traffic but I'd definitely talk to the man on why. It's just easy to see he just wanted a reaction from police.
Fuck people's rights! Wake up idiot! 80% percent of the people in America today are complete narcissistic ignorant assholes who need their asses totally kicked!
Arthur you should come to Australia! You would love living in a police state. Nobody does anything stupid like saying no to a cop, if they do they get frisked and taunted into swearing at police which is illegal. Everybody is happy to be pulled over for no reason, just to be tested for drugs and alcohol and the road worthiness of their vehicle for a random inspection. It makes the world safer. Especially the $300 fines for speeding 3 miles per hour over the speed limit. Leave that hippy bullshit freedom loving USA and come here. It's basically the same except we have better healthcare.
Cameraman just came off a heightened emotional state. Probably had a surge of emotions running though him. I'm sure he cleared his mind and was thankful after.
At what point specifically was he rude to Sgt in the 30 second conversation? Im so fucking confused. He even told him to have a good day. Im not even trying to argue I honestly just don't see it and get why everyone likes the comments? Very confusing I even rewatched the video. The other dude they were both dicks to each other but whatever. The sgt he just told him he should probably inform the people he's commanding of the laws because he was just harassed by them which isn't really uncalled for or being a dick. I honestly don't see it man
Metalhead Forlife and that's why your police force is draining the money out of your city. Because morons like you have no problem with cops pepper spraying people exercising their rights and then get sued. And then the cities taxpayers fit the bill.Hope you enjoy your poor city
+theelder91 Yeah they protect and serve the rich and screw everyone else. Separate laws govern the rich. Police are in place as a way to keep the middle and lower class in check and funnel money to the state in which the rich profit. Police are in place to ensure compliance of the top 1% 'ers policies that funnel hard earned middle class tax dollars into corporate america. Example, tax breaks for the rich, bail outs and privately owned prisons that have contracts with the state requiring them to maintain an occupancy of at least 80%, competely irrelevant of crime. Even when they are not 80% full the state or in other words us tax payers are is still on the hook for the bill. Therefore new policies have to continue to be implemented against the middle and lower class in order to maintain prison occupancy levels and maintain state funding
Hector Cortez-aponte-cabrera that is call reporting the situation to his superior not whining and he is reasoning with the guy thats filming . tho it may not be wrong in the eyes of law but you are filming their station and if any of their officiers found it weird and wanted to check it out its not wrong .
Yeah he had to rub it in... if a cop is in the wrong, totally clueless about the laws, and he is on the streets being a cop, you gotta rub it in. Just because a cop thinks they are right doesn't mean they aren't wrong most of the time.
falsely claiming he had any power over the guy is criminal. he was INSISTENT. saying shit like '' i don't care what the supreme court says '' the true definition of a power hungry cock sucker who will do and say anything o try and control people. hopefully he did learn a lesson
Nope, he's going to get in in his car and find someone J-walking or some silly shit like and intimidate them....because HE Knows the law:/ and is above it!
even if he was provoking the police, they are supposed to be professionals. if they knew how to do their job correctly, they never would have walked up to him in the first place. after they did walk up to him, the moment he makes it clear he will provide no information, the police should walk away. the issue isn't that the police made a mistake, the issue is they kept making mistakes over and over. every single thing that police officer did was incorrect. not one thing. everything.
It seemed like he was making more of a statement. The first part being that these guys that are suppose to uphold the law don't even actually know or understand. The second being if the police can use drones and helicopters fitted with optical equipment that can use things like thermal imagining to spy into your house with no warrant then why is it not ok for this man to film the outside of the police department as well?
It actually is a crime to fly a drone over private property, not just police stations, because it has a similar effect to you actually entering that property and looking around in places that you shouldn't be in.
Ari Simonian Xcept police stations are not private property, they are public property. If the guy filming this would have committed a crime tht sergeant would have acted bit differently in this situation, namely get this guy arrested.
zameliz but arent they government property and either way even though the guy didnt fly it over the police station its still super suspicious and him refusing to give his id kinda made him look a bit worse in the eyes of the cop
As long as there are people as stupid as you are, the police won't be able to handle their realy bad cops. To adress those important issues they need support and understanding, but all idiots like you do is inflaming the situation. This cop was maybe not well enough informed on any judicial decision, but he was far from corrupt (not sure you know the definition of this anyway) or criminal. He made a mistake (strange one for me because i think in my country it is legit to ask for id) and beside that even admitted that regarding to his sergeant he made a mistake. Take that and be happy and go hate on those cops which are a problem, those ones who draw a weapon on you for no reason, hit you for no reason (sadly stupidity aint one in this world anymore) or something. With your attitude or the attitude of the guy who made that video you won't change anything for a better in this world - thats just hating on its own.
Gil Jones Go get a life ive seen you post the same dumbass reply hugging this guys nuts on multiple comment threads. Who gives a fuck if this cop wasnt doing his job all that well this wouldnt have even happened if the camera guy wasnt being an ass trolling for attention to bust a cop. The cop was NEVER getting violent or even touching the guy. He said he was going to ask a superior and he did. Fuck off loser.
My Account Actually he was quite calm. If you consider someone informing you of something you didn't know about to be provoking you need to get some help for that.
When that cop said "I don't care what the Supreme Court says" He lost my respect completely. And I'm glad that the camera guy was a dick to him after that. He deserved to be called out, once he pulled that crap.
PhantomoftheInterwebz Not Surprised! when you allow under trained officer's "on the beat" What's to Expect. Cockiness... Corruption... Holyer then thou attitudes. colonized mind's with guns and badges. Needs to be dismantled & a new age appropriately. Stand Down.... ReGroup........🤔Start anew.. Better Higher Standard For we all are One and want to go home to are Family at night. 🤔
Really? There could be no ill intent? The cameraman was right in principle not in spirit. Asking for his job is witch hunting. Once confronted with lawful information he was immediately submerged and had a knee-jerk response (unfortunately common with humans in an authoritative position). You should hope he learns from this and becomes a more informed officer.
Regular Guy well first off its a gated police office I mean people are crazy some people may spot the area see how things work then BANG BANG BOOM and stuff like that
He still made a major mistake by publicly on record stating that he doesnt care what the Supreme Court says, an officer of the LAW stating that is a major red flag, if one can say it, several others can.
looks like he couldn't' care less of all this shitty scene. Within minutes he was away of this, while the idiot with camera was celebrating his small triumph.
Prometheus McMurphy I’m sorry I didn’t know a police officer asking you what your doing and what is your name is a violation of your rights. Call me crazy but I thought that was part of there job. So according to folks like you they should only have contact with murderers, robbers burglars and rapists. Everything else should be ignored. I’m sure no career criminal has ever been caught while stoped for committing a violation . How about speeding and DWI. All BS right? You’d be the first person saying the police didn’t do there job if a drunk driver killed a family of five but was allowed thu a check point because answering questions is a violation of his civil rights. But folks like you seem to want it both was when is suits you. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
I was on the camera guys side until the very end. The sergeant lowered himself down on a man to man level and apologized and the ego rushed to camera guys balls instantly and acted smug as hell.
The moment when a bully has to walk away with his tail between his legs. This video should be shown in all the police training academys in the country.
Regular Guy What do you mean he was not fulfilling his duty? I didn't fully understand...and what lies was he telling? Everything he said seems true, there aren't many regulations over drones, and I found him quite down-to-earth..
Yeah, it's like he wants to piss the cop off. If the cop had less self control, he might've started assaulting him. You can always sue him, but your nose will still be broken...
Man i would never say that to a cop, the cop didn't insult or hurt him, and said he was wrong, but he was disrespectful to a man that protects the law, what a bum.
No, I'm not nice to criminals. But I also don't walk down the streets of Compton holding 3,000 dollars in cash. I don't egg people on to do messed up things or piss them off, criminal or not.
I am staying perfectly on topic with my comparison. I am saying that a person, regardless of the uniform they wear, is fallible. And that trying to get a rise out of a police officer like that for your camera or because you have no control over your OWN emotions isn't what is best in that situation. Whether there's a regulation or not, you can understand in some ways that flying a drone could be considered a hazard, or otherwise a breach of someone's private space, etc. There have been numerous reports of drones (not this one in particular, but it has happened) flying in front of a woman's second story window and recording them changing their clothing. The first person these people call to handle the situation is the police. Unfortunately for the police, it's ambiguous in terms of law, so they themselves have no idea how they should handle the situation, even though it's causing a disturbance. As well, I'd really appreciate if you would stop using that fucking condescending tone in what you write. I haven't insulted you, and I haven't been condescending to you, at least not intentionally.
I disagree. Police should be filmed because their words & actions have inherent legal consequences. The average worker does not operate under the same circumstances and it wouldn't make sense to film them.
+tseawell90 Good point. I agree that he should videotape after being confronting, but listening to the conversation, it sounds like he was videotaping already from the start. Totally legal, but I feel like this guy was just doing it to push their buttons
that's because you don't understand the point of natural born rights, or what it means to violate them. It's one of many small details that's makes a free and just system. Without such rights or comprehension you get a nazi agenda. ignorance is not always bliss
He was doing it for the sole purpose of getting attention and looking fishy as fuck. Yeah there is no legislation on it yet but there definitely is going to be pretty damn soon if we get more retards trying to pull this or fly them next to people's windows. It's just a childish and stupid thing to do.
The cop said it himself..."you're filming our facility for no apparent reason" and "I don't care what the supreme court has to say..." This in itself should be enough to show that officers need to hit the books a little harder or at least admonish this officer.
Clorox Bleach Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Benjamin Franklin
It's called being a pest and wasting resources. This does nothing to audit the police. Taping police is fine when there is a good reason, but flying drones over their office and video taping the premises is just pointless, you aren't learning something that is helping protect someone's rights, you aren't trying to prevent misconduct. It's nothing but being confrontational. Dude just wants to feel like a hero but theres no injustice here, just cops trying to do their job.
He just admitted he does not care about the law. Always these types who are on a power trip. He's like a damn kid that got set straight by his dad. Pathetic.
So he's on a powertrip, and the camera man is on a confrontation bait mission. Not sure which one is worse. Cops have been targets of violence, so anyone with a brain and a bit of compassion can see the cop's point of view.
or more likely people try to reference him bull shit that is either made up or doesn't even apply. the cop was just doing his job and what he thought was right, videotaping a building can look like suspicious activity.
...and the last thing the officer said to the videotaper after he admitted that he was wrong was, "Don't worry about it...."......No, actually I think that I should worry about supposed officers that have sworn to protect the public with laws that disregard Supreme Court rulings and try to hide their profound ignorance of the laws they are sworn to enforce...
+Ricky Bachman Double Exactly, my man!! If a cop ask me for I.D. I don't see that as a problem. Especially if the cop is cool and not threatening me in any way.
+PaulGreen11 These assholes denying a DUI checkpoint would have a problem if a DUI involves a family member of theirs becoming injured and see how quickly he refutes the next checkpoint. I'm sure cops get together and say, let's see how many people we can piss off! It's to save lives. For the record, I'm not a cop dickrider and I see there is a definite problem with black men being killed and something should be done to improve relations. Only trouble is all cop/black man shootings are lumped into the pile. Mike Brown is guilty. Many others aren't. If I, being a white male, mimicked Browns actions in Canada where I live, I'd be dead. No question.
The guy who filmed this just wanted to be confronted, he knew the officers were gonna come up to him, he just wanted trouble and to act like he was being attacked
vampuerile could be for footage for vlogs plus I'm pretty sure as long it isn't a prison courtyard or somewhere where the inmates are its ok also he most likely just got it and is messing around
I'm sure there's probably someone out there who's just been waiting their entire life to do this so hey maybe this video will help them if they ever see it.
Jesus, the fuck is wrong with some people? Cops attitude and understanding of the constitution was wrong but the dude is suspicious as fk filming a police facility of all things. These people go to work and never expect the day someone might surprise them with a bullet and they can't go back to their families. All the young cop did was ask who he is and why was he doing that suspicious activity. And the second the sarg told him it's fine he walked away and even said he was wrong.
Drake krome - regarding your first comment, there's nothing wrong with that but this is an obscure and ridiculous law to be making such a fuss out of that's why. Hence my original comment, if he has extensive knowledge of the law and enough spare time then he could spend it exposing police ignorance where it really matters instead of being a petty smartass prick and provoking a confrontation.
D.M. Fouguere : 0:40 "I don't care who's dealt with it", 0:51 "I don't care what the Supreme Court...", 0:58 "listen, you can cite whatever you want", 1:12 ...because that is the law, "no it's not", 2:03 ..you were wrong? "according to my Sargeant, yes i was" Kudos to the Sargeant who very polite and calmly explain the reality of the matter and is knowledgeable about the law. Whether or not the person filming was right or wrong, the über arrogance from Officer Fouguere was more than bubbling over and forgot that he is a public servant, paid for with our taxes. Yes he is out to do his job but not in the form of intimidation and arrogance. I have to say that not all police officers are arrogant like officer Fouguere, but a big number of them are. It is only sad to see such arrogant people try to intimidate citizens so they can feel big. Trust me, i lived through a civil war and saw many soldiers who were such arrogant people like officer Fouguere, at the sound of the first firecracker, they wet their pants and filled their underwear.
Gil Jones How dumb are YOU? The Sargent was the one that came and helped him in the end so why wouldn't he thank him for explaining the rules to a dumb cop
at least he said "have a good one" I guess in the end. Although not a thank you, it can be interpreted as a thank you too, and the end seems already have a bit cut.
Gil Jones um u do realize that the guy arguing with the guy behind the camera is not the sergeant? The sergeant was the one behind the fence later in the vid
Mike Scott you gon learn today boy. Looool Damn that cop must be so embarrassed i wouldn't put it past em that he'll follow this guy for a week looking to ticket him.
El Jay Rose OK for the record, he's a dick! However, as for the cop who doesn't "know" the law AND doesn't care about the Supreme Court... "so you learned something new today..?" 😂😂😂!!!! That was classic! Moreover, this cop not only had his ignorance exposed, it's memorialized FOREVER! If a suspect ever claims he violated their rights... roll tape! "I don't care about the Supreme Court!" 😮
certainly some one isn't going to like my comment but didn't the Sgt. say "this drone thing is all new to us" ?? I definitely agree though that this guy probably did do this for some time just for the confrontation and also he was a sick to the Sgt. who saved his ass from some embarrassment. I hope that other trooper got his "chance encounter" he was hoping for, I could see it in his face and hear it in his tone..... I also know some states do require you show ID when asked......
Gil Jones I figured you were. In my original post I said the guy filming was in his rights. Then you copied and pasted some stuff and insulted me for I don't know what reason, lol maybe to cause a scene of your own? He wants to be an activist and informative but doesn't want to say who he is because it's his right and zooms in on the officers names. That's a weak individual. Like a said he is in his right, the officer was wrong, don't mean he is corrupt, and both of you caused a scene, and if anyone is the dummy it is you, next time retort don't insult people. That is all, no need to go back in forth with small minded individuals as yourself, I'm sure you will respond though ;) you will be left waiting....forever
A cop that says "I don't care WHAT thew Supreme Court says" Deserves to be fired.
forbidden from any future position in law enforcement
yah right he will be a sarg within 5 to 10 years when the old Sarg dies from a heartattack.
He's essentially saying the only law is his own way of thinking no matter what the LAW actually says. Sack his ass with a lifetime ban on possessing weapons of any kind.
Literally... He just said 'I don't care about my oath to uphold the constitution.'
He had his fingers crossed....
Cop says "I don't care what the supreme Court says". This should be a firable statement. Complete and utter disregard for the law, he should not have a gun and especially a badge.
Agree
He can still own a gun regardless but he doesn't deserve a badge & unifrom and the ability to protect his community.
This cop was respectful. Compared to the others at least
1000%
Well spoken.
I'd applaud the Sergeant for being well aware of state's law, indeed we need more decent citizens like him.
What?
Agreed
@Regular Guy the sergeant is the one who stopped the officer
@Regular Guy you are lost man. Clearly any explanation will go right over your head so it's not worth the breath. Maybe you are one of those super smart but Don't understand social Normalities. Lol!!
No, I dont applaud any of them anymore. the only reason this sergeant shut down them harassing this citizen is because he was afraid of backlash. why has this sergeant failed to educate his officers?
“so you learned something new today, that’s good”
LMFAO
I winced when I heard that.
I creamed my pants when I heard that
So..you were WRONG?
My favorite part of the whole video.
He didn’t learn anything though. When asked if he was wrong, he replied, “According to my sergeant.” He himself refused to accept that he was wrong.
I'm not a 'hat' guy but I swear his hat wasn't on correctly.
lol
his wife probly washed it the night before and shrunk it
lmaooo
No,....he has a fat head! Charlie Brown head
I laughed for about a minute at this!
That Sargent is a REAL cop. One of few. If police would actually study and keep current with the laws they are entrusted with to uphold and not go off personal opinion or agenda things would go so much better for us all.
Tbh he probably just got wanted to end the conflict, like I don’t know but that seemed like the situation
No, that sergeant has just been around long enough to know a losing battle. he walked all the way from inside to save his deputy. if he truly were a "REAL cop", these officers would already know these laws as he does. he doesnt care about not harassing people, he only cares about not harassing ones with cameras.
@@spencerphilippinedream3706 That is an assumption not fact.
@@simplydanlrene4276 nothing gets by you.
That sargent is a real cop...but he is one of MANY not few
"I don't care about the Supreme Court" says a United States police officer.
If he doesn't care what the Supreme Court rules, then that is someone that I do NOT want patrolling my streets.
they literally said that as I scrolled passed your comment. Illuminati confirmed.
Chris Thomson tis but a tradition on comment threads, much like holidays to humanity. While it's boring and overused, it will forever be engrained into the internet as the meme of memes when the reptilians take over.
I WAS JUST SAYING THAT.
His voice quites down a lot when Sargent comes around.
Him: "my daddy will beat you up"
dad: "carry on its alright"
"I don't care what the supreme court says.." priceless
that's what made me laugh the most
Priceless... And a shame!
That was hilarious! I also appreciated the little bit of rubbing his face in it at the end. "So, you were wrong?"
+REGIMENT65 ...they think that for good reason..in most cases it's true
Contempt of court.
_And there goes another shattered ego..._
*... and another further inflated one.*
Leslee Hamilton nope !
Kim Ellis I bet he gave his wife a gnarly shiner that night...
@@DanIsAces i really think we have a problem with the current state of the police- but yes indeed, it feels like the guy who video taped this got a ego rush from this... not cool. Buuuuuut the cop was sketchy, no matter what.
"I don't care what the Supreme Court says."
had to chuckle at that XD
Well the supreme court doesn't care what the constitution says so...
The cop was only wrong at saying he was wrong..he wasn't wrong he was just following the suggestion of the Sgt.
The Sgt didn't have to come out he was just avoiding paperwork from an escalation. He is very smart and cool.
OMG I almost shit when he said that lol
Best comment here.
“I don’t care what the Supreme Court said” yeah…that pretty much sums up the issue with police today.
He actually said "I don't care what the Supreme Court ruled".
Holy crap.
Exactly.....that boy was CLUELESS. Is that the law in all states in the u.s....not to show ID unless you are suspected of a crime?
I heard that too....what an arrogant piece of shit.
Yeah, and notice how these dumbasses here STILL defend cops that act this way!
Idiocracy didn't go far enough.
And you wonder why people don't trust cops.
Go fuck yourself Jeffy.
The Sargent did the right thing. I just wish the guy behind the camera would have been more appreciative of the Sargent coming over to help clear things up.
I think him asking for them to be educated in the law was reasonable.
Rob Brumfield yeah the guy filming seemed like he just wanted to pick a fight.
I saw the original video and in it he said that he had previous bad encounters with this police department and he threatened to sue them, so the only reason the seargant responded in this manner was because of those previous encounters.
Sergeant is top notch..awesome guy
Agreed.
It's called experience and a cool head.
What crime? Stopping someone to ask them a question is no more a crime than intentionally being a dick in public.
"So, you were wrong?" Inject that moment into my veins
"I don't care about the supreme court"
Good job, you just got fired.
youd better care lol, they can ruin your whole life
Lmao
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😀
"Our","My" facility.
"I don't care what the Supreme Court said," should get you fired immediately.
Toward good, hard working people.
is the place***
NOT "is the police" Lol
Lol, he doesn't realise the Supreme Court has higher powers than himself.
They intentionally keep them ignorant of the law.
What happens when a cop gets shut down by his superior officer for misconduct?" The cop takes his frustration out on another innocent person. The cycle continues.
true shit
That's why many cops are wife-beaters.
Yeah and dicks like this guy filming are just sociopaths who will go on to break the law in ever increasing degrees.
Ooh...nasty.
+Jon but he didn't break any laws. Stop being Delisional!
The cop who was wrong needed to be told "suck it loser" as he walked away. You were way too nice to him.
Problem is you got all these young cops trying to earn there stripes and abuse their new found power and its a problem.
hear hear
and another problem is people treating the polite kind cops like shit, so they might end up turning into asshole cops too
sergeant*
here, here, I concur
"I don't care what the Supreme Court says." Then why are you in law enforcement?
baffled
Fucking clown said he doesn't care what the Supreme Court says....un fucking real
+Jojo Z W
Your comment is hilarious. (I would like people to know that I am not cop bashing - I just believe the comment that he made about the Supreme Court to be odious. It's analogous to going to a resturant for a meal and the waiter says to you, "I don't care what the price in the menu says.., you're paying 10 times that amount!"
The guy filming could've been a little less shrewd with the sergeant
Yea he's probably some SJW that just got done stoning a rape victim who is pregnant with her assailants child or fighting to put guns back in the arms of gangsters
I don't think that cop would have been less shrewd if the guy had committed an actual crime, but said he was unaware of the law. He would be told that ignorance of the law is no excuse. But the cop--who, by the way, said that he doesn't care what the Supreme Court or the Constitution says-was displaying his ignorance of the law. The ones who enforce the law have an obligation to know it.
He does not have to be less shrewd at all.
What he said was actually very passive aggressive for someone that has already been in the same situation and expected someone like the Sargent to pass that info around.
Only when you tame a Shrew can you be less shrewd. but that's after getting screwed by Shamu
"I don't care what the Supreme Court..." Nice job Deputy. 😂
He’s a trooper not a deputy
that must have been so embarrissing being that cop 😂😂
yeah, but it shows a good side of him that he admitted he was wrong. nothing wrong with that.
edward james yeah because he was being recorded lol.
The Sergeant is doing the right thing. That's what I call a real policeman. Thumbs up for that guy

Everyone chill
Kobe Bryant I agree. The people are the only ones who can change the police how they should act and not act. There are good policemen but not enough
Kobe Bryant The people have been tired of their behavior and now it's the time people are united and become strong together to get a change!
Kobe Bryant Nazis? Do you even know what a Nazi is?
"I don't care what the Supreme Court says" ...wait what's this guy's occupation again? A cop? WHAT?!
Haha.
This is a great video. How did 10K people vote it down? Going to share it. Liked and subscribed as well. Thanks.
cops.. that's how.

Everybody in any type of law enforcement agency should be held accountable for blatantly disregarding a law/ruling decided upon by legislators
cal81985 so did I
Joseph Garret- Well said sir. If you wanted to do that at McDonalds or Walmart, that's fine.... but when we're talking about people that carry firearms and use lethal force, it become a whole different matter.
the Sgt was FULL of class and defused a misunderstanding by an uneducated cocky young trooper. Top notch way to go about it.

It's basically the same except we have better healthcare.

thank you for your service all officers who are there to protect and serve the way you should !
they don't protect and serve...
Therefore new policies have to continue to be implemented against the middle and lower class in order to maintain prison occupancy levels and maintain state funding
damn...well said.
some dont. most do.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣cop was acting kind of tough at the beginning and then went into his patrol car to start crying lol.

Do all American cops have those hats I'm from Australia so idk.
There was no reason for the guy filming to rub it in like that after the sergeant corrected his subordinate. "So you were wrong?" what a child...
Hector Cortez-aponte-cabrera that is call reporting the situation to his superior not whining and he is reasoning with the guy thats filming . tho it may not be wrong in the eyes of law but you are filming their station and if any of their officiers found it weird and wanted to check it out its not wrong .
These kind of people actively seek these encounters out and are typically smug as fuck about it. Carrot danglers, if you will.
Yeah he had to rub it in... if a cop is in the wrong, totally clueless about the laws, and he is on the streets being a cop, you gotta rub it in. Just because a cop thinks they are right doesn't mean they aren't wrong most of the time.
falsely claiming he had any power over the guy is criminal. he was INSISTENT. saying shit like '' i don't care what the supreme court says '' the true definition of a power hungry cock sucker who will do and say anything o try and control people. hopefully he did learn a lesson
look how he is wearing that hat.... i think that answers your question.
HE GON CRY IN THE CAR 😂😂😂
jaja true
I said the same thing too myself & was about to type it, but you already did...So damn...lolol..
Nope, he's going to get in in his car and find someone J-walking or some silly shit like and intimidate them....because HE Knows the law:/ and is above it!
that actually went very well. the sergeant even apologize.
a perfect example of someone looking for trouble hoping to provoke a negative response for pure titillating factor. ..get a real job
perfect example of someone who has a micro penis
+Matt5930r puppet*
exactly
even if he was provoking the police, they are supposed to be professionals. if they knew how to do their job correctly, they never would have walked up to him in the first place. after they did walk up to him, the moment he makes it clear he will provide no information, the police should walk away. the issue isn't that the police made a mistake, the issue is they kept making mistakes over and over. every single thing that police officer did was incorrect. not one thing.
Flying a drone over a police station should be a crime tbh
reason why?
+zameliz privet property
It actually is a crime to fly a drone over private property, not just police stations, because it has a similar effect to you actually entering that property and looking around in places that you shouldn't be in.
Ari Simonian
Xcept police stations are not private property, they are public property.
So you learned something today; that’s good.
Hahahahaha!!!!!! I died laughing.
Thats the Sergeant we need in the Police! A real Protector of the LAW!!!
like... he's right... but man you're just trying to provoke there and he's just a dude
Furtive Pygmy point is, how can an officer enforce a law when he doesnt know the law?
I like these guys, I wouldn't want to see what people in power would do it left unchallenged.
My Account
Actually he was quite calm. If you consider someone informing you of something you didn't know about to be provoking you need to get some help for that.
Any bets the next car that young officer pulled over went through hell? Lol
ahahahaa 😂😂😂
I feel sorry for his dog when he gets home.
That cop sure felt stupid walking back to his cop car !
I don’t care what the Supreme Court says...there’s your problem ladies and gentlemen
The cop "I don't care what the court said" THE COURT IS THE GOVERNMENT COPPER!!!
Drone laws will be coming in pretty soon, however
Why ignorant? New and tougher laws are being passed THIS very year(2018). And btw, it's spelled ignorant, not "ignoranqnt". You spell like crap. :P
Regular Guy Google it yourself you stupid fuck
Not sure he can spell Google you may have confused him
Settle down there "Keyboard Cowboy" before McDonald's sends you home early from your shift for crying in public.
Regular Guy as you can see, everybody think you are a psycho! And BTW, I found HEEPS of 2018 regulations in the USA alone.
PhantomoftheInterwebz why would u say that u should be in prison for 63 years
Why would I expect police to care what the Supreme Court says? Oh, I don't know, maybe because that's how the country is suppose to work.
The camera guy was a dick from the start to the end...
Good I'm glad he was. That moron that hates this country but dresses up in a outfit that gives him power deserved it.
It does seem kinda sketchy filming the police station with a drone, doesn't it? ( Not saying that filming that property is illegal)
Really? There could be no ill intent? The cameraman was right in principle not in spirit. Asking for his job is witch hunting. Once confronted with lawful information he was immediately submerged and had a knee-jerk response (unfortunately common with humans in an authoritative position). You should hope he learns from this and becomes a more informed officer.
ik, that the cameraman had the right but it just seems kind of sketchy to me
Kristo Vooro the fuck does that matter? And no it doesnt
Kristo Vooro it does
Regular Guy well first off its a gated police office I mean people are crazy some people may spot the area see how things work then BANG BANG BOOM and stuff like that
wow, that cop took it really well. Well done to him for not rising to the bait.
Star Does Gaming well either way it is admirable
Lol...the moron did take the bait, and got shutdown by his superior, and then pinked by this dude.
Hiruu Amon no, he thought he was doing the right thing, was informed that he wasn't, and left the scene calmly even when the guy was taunting him.
Only cause a cop told him, that happened to be his Sargent.
the walk of shame starts at 2:05
lol
AYeeeeeeeee
ha ha ha nice
Amazing, the officer actually admitted he was wrong. That alone is priceless.
He still made a major mistake by publicly on record stating that he doesnt care what the Supreme Court says, an officer of the LAW stating that is a major red flag, if one can say it, several others can.
Lmao he was so salty walking back to his car😂😂
Brandon Nguyen you could tell be that walking away, he probably started to cry after his head was turned. Lmao
looks like he couldn't' care less of all this shitty scene. Within minutes he was away of this, while the idiot with camera was celebrating his small triumph.
Give that sergeant a raise
Give that sgt a promotion
No, for doing it well, and defusing the situation.
Some people just have nothing better to do with there time. I’m talking about the idiot with the drone.
Michael Denave Or the cop who is ,suppose to be....fighting crime but is worried about fucking drones and attempting or to violate your rights.
Herba Derb In what way?
J Moon in the way i just explained.. he was getting approached by the sergeant man to man. And condescended to him
He seemed fine to me. I don't know what you mean.
J Moon nevermind that, im more intrigued with this colors to teach children with vehicles playlist you have saved. Please enlighten me🎅🏼
First I've heard of it.
Seems like the dude with the drone was wanting that to happen just so he could run it in his face 😂
lol, he's taping the facility to get a rise out of the police and gets views and likes on RUclips.
this is correct.
ffs, someone help us all
When bored fuckk with the police.....
+Bryce William Lol you sound like a typical conspiracy dipshit. Go take your medication weirdo.
The Supreme Court says he can. SUCK it up.
Cop clearly not educated on the law and constitution.
The moment when a bully has to walk away with his tail between his legs. This video should be shown in all the police training academys in the country.
what you just said was brilliant..thank you very much
so how dey get hired in the first place
the whole system is broken, that's how.
ancoloco the cop should not have a badge "I don't care what the supreme court says" should be grounds gor termination
I dont care what the law says. From the law enforcement
And law enforcement wonders why the public has distrust in them. Prime example.
bdub78 One bad apple ruins the bunch sadly.
bdub78 no it's the other way around
Dillon Shafer well maybe for you, smart guy
So why was he filming
Is it just me or was that guy kinda rude to the sargeant at that and for no reason
Regular Guy
What do you mean he was not fulfilling his duty? I didn't fully understand...and what lies was he telling? Everything he said seems true, there aren't many regulations over drones, and I found him quite down-to-earth..
Regular Guy that wasn't the sergeant. The sergeant was at the end of the video behind the fence
Regular Guy did you research all this stuff before? If so, cool man. I’ve never found myself doing research at all.
Where are you attorney credentials, sir? Oh you don't have any you just Google sh*t. Another Millennial "know it all". Get a job
Jim Staley is this directed at me?
So you learned something today, that's good. 😂 rekt.
I thought that comment was just a dick move. You already won, just leave.
1:59 “So … you were wrong?”
The ultimate victory lap 😂
I'd be more than glad to go to your work and videotape all your mistakes too. Get a life dude
I disagree. Police should be filmed because their words & actions have inherent legal consequences. The average worker does not operate under the same circumstances and it wouldn't make sense to film them.
+tseawell90 Exactly.
+tseawell90 Good point. I agree that he should videotape after being confronting, but listening to the conversation, it sounds like he was videotaping already from the start. Totally legal, but I feel like this guy was just doing it to push their buttons
I think it's stupid if cop cannot know who u are and why u video taping
that's because you don't understand the point of natural born rights, or what it means to violate them. It's one of many small details that's makes a free and just system. Without such rights or comprehension you get a nazi agenda. ignorance is not always bliss
If they were using the Drone just to irritate the police officers for a RUclips video, that's just fucked up.
finally someone gets it
IF my brother had one hole more, he'd be my sister.
If the police were irritated because they were being filmed in public, then they have a guilty conscience, and should be filmed, and recorded.
He was doing it for the sole purpose of getting attention and looking fishy as fuck. Yeah there is no legislation on it yet but there definitely is going to be pretty damn soon if we get more retards trying to pull this or fly them next to people's windows. It's just a childish and stupid thing to do.
Rs Sleep *"He was doing it for the sole purpose of"*
How long have you been reading minds?
oh he gon cry in the car
teckademic33 LMAO
teckademic33
Bet he went home and beat his wife.
teckademic33 lol!!
😂😂😂
teckademic33 that parking job tho
The cop said it himself..."you're filming our facility for no apparent reason" and "I don't care what the supreme court has to say..."
This in itself should be enough to show that officers need to hit the books a little harder or at least admonish this officer.
I hate when people are just difficult for no fucking reason. This could've been a 30 second interaction at the most.
And know hes makin mad money and fame on this viral video
And perhaps spending it all and more because he has constant problems with the law. If you had a car, they know who you are.
Clorox Bleach
Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Benjamin Franklin
But this isn't in aid of any of that. This is just being a pain in the ass for no good reason.
Pathetic.
geerenmo who gives a fuck nobody gives a fuck
So he's on a powertrip, and the camera man is on a confrontation bait mission. Not sure which one is worse. Cops have been targets of violence, so anyone with a brain and a bit of compassion can see the cop's point of view.
cop said flat out fuck the supreme court.... wtf
those hats would be a deal breaker...
Neither did the officer. The point was he didn't care what the court ruled. As in he doesn't care what the law says. Does he think he's Judge Dredd?
or more likely people try to reference him bull shit that is either made up or doesn't even apply.
the cop was just doing his job and what he thought was right, videotaping a building can look like suspicious activity.
...and the last thing the officer said to the videotaper after he admitted that he was wrong was, "Don't worry about it...."......No, actually I think that I should worry about supposed officers that have sworn to protect the public with laws that disregard Supreme Court rulings and try to hide their profound ignorance of the laws they are sworn to enforce...
Brandon Marvel; A suspicious activity "PROTECTED BY THE CONSTITION" and "SUPREME COURT RULINGS" LEARN THE LAW!
guy deff got bullied in high school
Lmfao
"So you were wrong?"
"hUh?!?"
The guy could have been more cordial with the guy behind the fence. Damn.
Exactly! Which proves he's an asshole to start with!!
+PaulGreen11 I have no problem telling a cop who I am whether a 300 year constitution says I can or can't.
+Ricky Bachman You'd be killed for Jaywalking?
The guy who filmed this just wanted to be confronted, he knew the officers were gonna come up to him, he just wanted trouble and to act like he was being attacked
OMG I was so blind. Why, you're so intelligent! How'd you come up with that observation all by yourself!?
That "hhhuuhhhhh???" at 2:00 is priceless 😆
We could obviously tell he was salty, he knew the shame inside of him, he tried hiding it, that guy was so angry we could tell 😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sergeant was very professional.
Thumbs up to the sergeant for knowing the law.
Lesley Pettit or lack thereof.
Pretty fucken weird thing to be flying a drone over a cop station just to make a point..
What Simon A said is 100% correct, it's good to see there are some people with common sense on here.
vampuerile could be for footage for vlogs plus I'm pretty sure as long it isn't a prison courtyard or somewhere where the inmates are its ok also he most likely just got it and is messing around
"according to my Sargeant, yes i was"
Kudos to the Sargeant who very polite and calmly explain the reality of the matter and is knowledgeable about the law.
Trust me, i lived through a civil war and saw many soldiers who were such arrogant people like officer Fouguere, at the sound of the first firecracker, they wet their pants and filled their underwear.
man the sergeant was cool as fuck
Why didn't the guy thank the Sargent at the end?
Gil Jones
How dumb are YOU?
The Sargent was the one that came and helped him in the end so why wouldn't he thank him for explaining the rules to a dumb cop
Gil Jones
You're to dumb to talk with.
at least he said "have a good one" I guess in the end. Although not a thank you, it can be interpreted as a thank you too, and the end seems already have a bit cut.
Gil Jones um u do realize that the guy arguing with the guy behind the camera is not the sergeant? The sergeant was the one behind the fence later in the vid
You don't thank people for merely doing their job. Da pigs must fry.
You gone learn today lol
Mike Scott you gon learn today boy. Looool
Damn that cop must be so embarrassed i wouldn't put it past em that he'll follow this guy for a week looking to ticket him.
Art Koslinski You know the sad thing is how are they suppose to protect the law if they don't even know the law...🤔
Mike Scott you're right, whats even sadder is when they think that whatever they say is the law.
Kevin Hart??
Dude you proved your point. Dude saved you a lot of time and you still going
lol " so you learnt something today"
El Jay Rose OK for the record, he's a dick! However, as for the cop who doesn't "know" the law AND doesn't care about the Supreme Court... "so you learned something new today..?" 😂😂😂!!!! That was classic! Moreover, this cop not only had his ignorance exposed, it's memorialized FOREVER! If a suspect ever claims he violated their rights... roll tape! "I don't care about the Supreme Court!" 😮
SociallyBrandedMedia ahaha yeah it was all pretty funny :)
certainly some one isn't going to like my comment but didn't the Sgt. say "this drone thing is all new to us" ?? I definitely agree though that this guy probably did do this for some time just for the confrontation and also he was a sick to the Sgt. who saved his ass from some embarrassment. I hope that other trooper got his "chance encounter" he was hoping for, I could see it in his face and hear it in his tone..... I also know some states do require you show ID when asked......
Guy that filmed this is just trying to make scene even though he is in the right, he is still a lame.
Gil Jones lol maybe your the guy that filmed it, or just on his nuts
Gil Jones I figured you were. In my original post I said the guy filming was in his rights. Then you copied and pasted some stuff and insulted me for I don't know what reason, lol maybe to cause a scene of your own? He wants to be an activist and informative but doesn't want to say who he is because it's his right and zooms in on the officers names. That's a weak individual. Like a said he is in his right, the officer was wrong, don't mean he is corrupt, and both of you caused a scene, and if anyone is the dummy it is you, next time retort don't insult people. That is all, no need to go back in forth with small minded individuals as yourself, I'm sure you will respond though ;) you will be left waiting....forever
doesn't matter - we need people like this to keep cops honest. next time you get your rights violated, maybe you'll change your tune.
The camera guy is quite the dick to cops in the area here, so the fact that they're quick to be annoyed with him is part of the reason.
Chris Land of the free? Faaaack off.
