High 5 to the wife, she saved the day. No worries man on getting your tractor stuck. You get a medal for trying to get things done as well.

  • @blorph1

It takes a big man to admit something like that and even video it so others may learn and hopefully avoid the same issue. Things happen, they just do. If you'd been sitting on the couch all day, nothing bad could have happened. But you had work that needed to be done and you did it. Many kudos to you, sir.

Check your front axle fluid in case it’s taken in any water when cooling under water.

@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead yes just sometimes hot fluid cooling will cause vacuum as it cools down. Being under water I thought it might be worth a check. Good on you for showing the video! I’ve gotten myself in some spots as well just trying to do that last little bit.. 😂

Love your work Lucas, mate at the risk at being rude you are the best advert for the Kubota, that tractor is seriously bullet proof! Lol mate magic video thanks for sharing it. I am actually now looking at buying the Kubota BX23s as was looking at the TYM 265 and bobcat CT2035, Kioti 4210 all with Backhoes but after watching your videos…. I like how the BX23 easily detaches and seat swivels it just smart. I have 7 acres in Australia and a bit of work to and will be plowing 4 acres of land but l do have a lot of front end loader work about 240 tons to move including putting in a gravel driveway. Mate l watched your videos and updates on tractor, what the latest hours on the BX23 and is she running good after your attempt to turn it from a Kubota sub compact into a submersible lol ;) Love to hear an update on tractor and if your still happy with her. Many thanks again mate for great content and channel.

Great video! They're not stupid dumb mistakes as long as you learn from them, I have a little
older BX25 that I used for everything also, your only limited to what you can do with one of
these by the attachments you don't have, they're Great. Little tip, anytime you're using it with
a loader on the front you need a counter weight on the back, even if the bucket is empty, in
your situation the loader was lifting weight off the rear wheels & losing traction and vice
versa with the loader off and an implement on the rear. I have a quick QH15 quick hitch on
mine with a weight/hitch bracket I use with eight 40 lb. weights. I also have a weight
bracket like a bumper for the front I can put the weights on if I have an implement on the
rear. You will be amazed how much difference this makes with traction and the stability
of the tractor. I can tell you enjoy your Kubota as much as I do mine.
Hope this will help, enjoy your video's !!

Another crisis averted! Nice recovery.... I'm with you on running a weedeater. I have a 1 1/4 acre pond, and I can get only within 2-3 feet of the edge when I bushhog, so that leaves quite a buffer around which I have to weedeat a couple of times a year. It takes about 3 1/2 hours of back-breaking work to clean up the banks. It's worth it, though.

Good morning Lucas. Being a Tundra Crew Max owner since 2009 I can tell you that there isn't much that truck can't accomplish. I've used mine to pull massive stumps out of the ground and pull my neighbor's 3/4 ton GMC home about 4 miles with his trailer on the back. I hope that you have as good of luck with yours as I've had with mine. And, when needed a set of Good Year Dura Trac tires and it will climb the side of the empire state building. (A little exaggeration) maybe. 🤔 Anyway, God bless and have a wonderful day. 👍👍🙂

I almost rolled my Kubota MX 6000 cab tractor doing something similar. Grading right along a steep bank to smooth it out. Recent rain. Soft bank and away we went. I got the bucket down in time to stop the roll.....but no way for me to get out of that jamb. Neighbor saw me and came over with his son. His son said I reckon I could get out using the bucket alone. 45 deg lean, two wheels in the air, soft bank, and big tractor. OK go for it. 10 min later he had inched his way out. I learned alot on that day. and I still feel like an idiot when I work on that portion of the road from a few feet closer to the middle.

I also don't like chains, because when they snap, they hurt people and property. I'd go ahead and get yourself a good 4" X 30' strap from Rhino USA, or a good Yankum or other good kinetic rope to keep in your truck bed. Glad there was no damage to any of your stuff Bud!
