one question :- Is it mandatory to do mountaineering course before attempting the Mt Nun. ?
Apart from a strong physical and mental fitness , what are the requirement for this .
I 'd done a couple of 5km and a single 5.5km expedition .

2) Ideally one 6k mtr would be good to know your body limits.
