I am an Amitian. I studied my Master course there. And trust me whenever I got home from there I mean like every single day, I felt like I was seeing two different extreme aspects of life. And I was thrown to and fro in between that. When you enter amity, it felt like the most luxurious college lifestyle ever... And my graduation is from Delhi University, so I kind of relate it so much. Students usually can't afford that kind of stuffs. And then just when you get out of there, you see poverty at it's extreme. It had an expressway right in front of the college, but you can easily pick out people standing there having different lifestyles outside of the campus. Also the concerts inside... I mean celebrities like Salman khan, Alia bhatt, Kapil Sharma, and singers etc actually came there for promotions of their work. Quite different college life. So I can actually relate to the comedy here. But yes, your carrier is always in your own hands. There are good facilities, attendance in online on amity intranet called Amizone. So stuffs are pretty fine there. Plus I never saw any scope for cheating in that college. NEVER. So all in all, your knowledge and skill and personality gets a kind of nourishment and chance to be grown and polished in a way which can be very productive for the rest of your life. Great humor and We as amitian appreciate any kind of art and creativity. Many other problems with Amity though which is not been talked here, but hey, everything has some setbacks, no!?! Like they say, "once Amitian always Amitian"
Well I have studied from Du and Amity and I can say that both universities has it's strengths and weakness. Also, you cannot just skip all your classes. Attendance is a must. In fact it is the most important thing in Amity. Yes, the University doesn't hold much prestige but it provides you with opportunities that no other University will. Anyway I won't lie I enjoyed the video.
There are almost 15 lakh students giving the JEE exam and total number of seats in IITs, NITs and Other EC are 50-60k max so what about the rest? A few go to Amity and other private colleges which does get them a job but if they work had they can compete with IITians and NITians. I passed out from a Govt EC and it's reputation is worse than these private colleges. 3/4 of my batch was unplaced and rest was doing 10k jobs. Currently after 2 years of college, I earn 37 L + Stock options which is almost equal or better than IITians. Not being from a Premier Institute has it's cons but if you work had enough you will reach the high point of your life but it may take more time and these people will always be preferred above you but keep trying and don't lose hope. I am strictly speaking about engineering education in India.

First of Amity Law School is also affiliated to IP university ! And I am from Amity I am not at all ashamed of that because it gave me best 5 years of my life. Also i got placement from Amity. I think you should not raise this topic if you don't know the right facts. And who are you to give a tag to the university whether it's good or bad. Have you ever studied here? You can only give the feedback of a college when you have a one on one experience.
So Mr Devesh plz make sure you brainstorm well before choosing your topics ....otherwise I am afraid what blunders will you make while doing standups.
